Former country estate with bungalows and apartments just 900 meters from the sea. After a 5-10 minute walk through the green pine forest you will reach the gently sloping sandy beaches that stretch picturesquely along the coast. The estate is made up of several buildings which are beautifully set in the large gardens, located between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. There are wonderfully long and free beaches north of Marina di Grosseto.Highlights: WLANNote: the apartment is located in the annexe. Use of the swimming pool at Camping le Marze, 600 meters away, on request and for a fee. Activities nearby: La Baia of Grosseto has been awarded the Blue Flag for the excellent quality of its waters. Here you can relax and enjoy the pleasures of bathing undisturbed. The location is also ideal for day trips to the famous cultural and historical cities of Pisa, Siena and Florence. The location of the complex is beautiful, the short path through the pine forest leads to the wide, clean sandy beach with beautiful sea water, the rented holiday home type F is in a catastrophic condition! The furniture is mostly broken and dirty
