There was no air conditioning, we had ants in the apartment and the kitchen facilities could be better. The location and surroundings were much nicer

Customer support is very poor, I had asked for this case to be processed quickly and the travel agency had only referred to a standard of 3-4 weeks, The team at Wolters simply didn't care about the circumstances, Just terrible,

The service when the keys were handed over was very friendly: our request for a second sun lounger was met immediately, when we later complained about the defective shower, unfortunately nothing happened, the description of how to get there was not very helpful

The booked holiday home near the beach (THE reason for the booking!) was not yet cleaned/prepared for handover. They tried to make an upgrade palatable for us, but we did not accept it because of the greater distance to the beach and the hillside location, The The local agency's opening hours are country-specific
