A small holiday residence with 25 comfortably furnished apartments, surrounded by gardens with bougainvillea, from which the complex takes its name. The apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor – either in the main building near the pool or in several annexes outside the main complex. Within a short drive, you can reach several beautiful sandy beaches, such as Porto Ainu beach, the Posada marina with its spectacular pine forest, the Budoni marina, and the Bidderosa oasis on Sardinia's east coast. A car is recommended.

The sockets in the apartment are only very loosely attached and are life-threatening. If something happens there, you will lose every process with drums and trumpets. The toaster plug is too thick for the sockets, so that a considerable bare part of the plug sticks out of the socket: too this is life-threatening, the terrace is not secured against falling: my grandfather fell from this height and died afterwards in the hospital, it really is pointless to list everything, I strongly recommend that you remove apartment 107 from the offer immediately and order a general inspection,
