The welcome was super warm, with pizza and beer. That despite the late time when we arrived at the cottage. Everything was clean and halfway through the week the owner came to inquire if everything was okay. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

Great house in a handy location (close to Toarmina and the sea). Surrounded by hills and with beautiful views. Village (Francavilla) is not special but does have a supermarket on the right side of the village. Nice swimming pool and nice outdoor area (large dining table). Interior space functional, but inventory needs to be replaced here and there. Very friendly owners with whom it is easy to maintain contact via whatsapp. Respond quickly to questions and requests.
