The holiday complex is situated on a lush hillside in the hinterland of Pedaso, a small picturesque town on the Adriatic coast and offers you a breathtaking view over the sea. The surrounding nature opens up to you like a large fan with its 2,000 fruit trees, including 10 different types of cherry trees, olive groves, meadows and various sports trails. In the immediate vicinity are the famous cities of art such as Loreto, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, which make the Marche so unmistakable. The facility was built according to the latest guidelines for environmentally friendly building materials. The photovoltaic system provides the entire energy requirement for the buildings and the 8-hectare park. The heating and air conditioning is provided by an energy efficient heat pump and the pool is non-chlorinated. This is what your holiday complex offers: 3 buildings, 10 residential units, reception, WLAN in the pool area, elevator, washing machine, garden, common terrace, barbecue area, car parking space 10 m away, activities: common outdoor pool 100 square meters (open from the beginning of May to the end of October), heatable. Wonderful sea view, beautiful pool, about 1.5 km to the beach, unfortunately, dogs are not allowed even along the promenade in Pedaso. However, there is enough space to romp around in the facility, large fenced property. Air conditioning works great in the apartment, bathroom is nice and spacious. 1 laundry change per week is also included. The fitness path, barefoot path, and labyrinth circle are unfortunately no longer maintained, all overgrown, which is very unfortunate. Parking for cars is great, there is also a TESLA charging station. It's actually very quiet, but often loud in the evenings because there is a motocross track nearby; once there was a rave party on the adjacent property until 3 a.m. Luigi, who manages everything, is always reachable and really tries to manage everything well. German TV channels didn't work at all, but on the third day at least ZDF was activated. Wi-Fi works well, however.

We had an excellent time at Contea dei Ciliegi. The children's pool was ideal for our little ones. The owner was very helpful and made us feel at home.
