I really liked the welcoming feeling of the place, It has that rustic Italian charm, and the owners are very relaxed, Close to Fano for beach days and some nice cafés, It is definitely worth a stay if you are looking for authentic experiences.

A fantastic choice for a family vacation, The location was serene and we enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and the picturesque town of Fano, The property itself was well-maintained and we felt at home during our stay, Highly recommended for a family getaway!

Beautiful and spacious house, very clean and equipped with everything necessary. The owners were kind and made sure we felt at home. The area is quiet, perfect for relaxing, but also close enough to explore Monterado and Fano. I highly recommend this place if you want to experience some authentic Italian charm!

This vacation house was everything we expected! The large pool and beautiful garden created a lovely atmosphere for our vacation. The surrounding area is full of history and we enjoyed visiting nearby places like the Balì Museum. I can't wait to return!

Clean, comfortable, and well-located. The amenities were great, especially the fireplace for cold nights. It was also nice to have a dedicated workspace, although we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors.

We had a great time at this place! The vibe was so chill and the cooking class was a highlight for us, I mean, who wouldn't want to learn to make pasta in Italy? The area was beautiful and we took a few nice day trips to the nearby beaches, A warning: the place is not really suitable for people with mobility issues, but we found it perfect for our family vacation.

We found a holiday home in the most beautiful location and rural tranquility with a wide view of the beautiful landscape, which is on a large property. The house has a spacious floor plan and is ideal for several people / families, the pool is large and very well maintained

We had a pleasant stay in this typical Italian country house. The atmosphere was charming, and the location provided a peaceful escape from the hectic bustle. The nearby town of Monterado was a lovely place to explore, and we appreciated how close it was to the beaches.

A house in the Marche - a dream in the Marche! 2020 is known to be a difficult year, not only for holiday selection,,, We nevertheless decided on this lonely farmhouse for the end of July and have not regretted it for a second! The house is large and tastefully furnished in a rustic style, there is enough space for eight people, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped, the induction cooker is great, there are enough toys for the pool and garden including a table tennis table - just cool! The large garden including a hammock and olive trees invites you to relax, and now the highlight - we have never had such a large pool (72 sqm)

Since there is no lighting at the outdoor seating area, you should bring a camping lamp or something, and in any case Autan, and don't skimp on it, it was a great holiday! Thank you for everything,

A truly authentic Italian experience! The cooking class on-site was fantastic, and we loved learning about the local cuisine. The garden was beautiful, and we spent many evenings enjoying the fresh air. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant.
