The beach is right in front of the door: the location of the cozy thatched roof house is simply unbeatable! In the middle of the dunes and only 50 m from the sea you will spend a very special holiday here. Here you can just feel good and enjoy. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired, with the lovingly furnished living room, the well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, it is very comfortable and also furnished to a high standard. Lots of space for family vacations! The North Sea resort of List, located in the west of the northern tip of Sylt, offers the finest North Sea diversity: wonderful surf on the west beach facing the open North Sea, where you can swim regardless of the tides. There is a lot going on here, people surf, play soccer or volleyball, and of course beach chairs can also be rented. From the more tranquil east beach you have a great panoramic view over the Danish peninsula RØmØ and the Danish mainland to the east of Sylt. Here it is only a few steps to the town centre. At high tide the water is calm and flat, at low tide you can explore the Wadden Sea. Highlights included: parking lot, WiFi Activities nearby: Sylt is more varied and diverse than almost any other island. Around 50 km of hiking trails and around 200 km of cycle paths invite you to extensive tours in the multifaceted nature. Kilometer-long walks on the beach or along the shifting dunes are just as possible as mudflat hikes. Sylt offers the right thing for every holiday taste: In Westerland, restaurants, bars and cafés invite you to spend pleasant hours. Concerts take place in the music shell on the beach promenade and various museums, galleries and exhibitions are available for culture lovers. In summer, the island attracts many guests with sporting events and numerous different events.

What a beautiful retreat! The cozy thatched roof design made it special, We enjoyed the local cafés, especially Kupferkanne for breakfast, The proximity to Lister Hafen was a bonus for evening walks, Highly recommended!

Had a great time at the holiday home by the WATT! The nearby Lakolk beach was beautiful. We enjoyed a mix of beach days and exploring the island's hiking trails. The host was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.

This place is a gem! The living room was beautifully furnished and super comfy, I mean, I could’ve stayed on that couch all day, The two bathrooms were great for us, no waiting around, ya know? The beach is right out the front door and the town center is just a short walk away, We went for a mudflat hike at low tide and it was so cool! Just a heads up, parking can be tricky if you come during peak season, But overall, would stay again in a heartbeat!
