Spacious single-roof house on the edge of a holiday home area, with garden plot for playing and running around and only 500 meters from the sea. Enjoy the healthy North Sea climate and the light sea breeze, go for a mudflat walk at low tide or have fun in the waves at high tide. The sun-drenched Butjadingen peninsula offers variety for young and old.
Burhave in the north of the Butjadingen peninsula, which is surrounded by the Jade Bay, the North Sea and the Weser. In the new North Sea lagoon you can enjoy bathing and swimming in the biologically treated North Sea water all day long without tides. If you like, you can walk along the long promenade path along the North Sea to Fedderwardersiel.

In nearby Tossens, the Aqua Mundo adventure pool offers fun and relaxation. But the surrounding area also has a lot to offer: For example, visit Bremerhaven with the climate and emigration center and the zoo by the sea or stroll through the medieval Schnoorviertel in the beautiful Hanseatic city of Bremen.

a long crack in the toilet when asked when the key handover was given, they said that was known,,,defective pedal bin,,,mold in the corners of the shower,,,black spots on the living room furniture,,,
