Spacious holiday home in the heart of Steinhude, in a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic. Both the pretty promenade and the town center including the church are only a few meters away. You can also walk to the bathing island. Wonderful landscapes and numerous activities await you at Northwest Germany's largest inland lake - and that in every season. Steinhude belongs to the town of Wunstorf, located in the Hanover area and is ideal for discovering the countryside by bike or on foot, as well as for taking trips to the state capital of Lower Saxony. Highlights include: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning 4 bicycles Activities in nearby: As the largest lake in north-west Germany, the Steinhuder Meer is of course a magnet for water sports enthusiasts. The focal point of Steinhude's bathing life is the 35,000 m³ large, artificial bathing island with a beautiful sandy beach, extensive sunbathing areas and lots of play equipment. The child-friendly, flat shore zones offer small children safe play, splashing and building castles. The moor-containing, biologically healthy water is highly appreciated by swimmers and bathers. Especially on warm summer days, thousands of people looking for relaxation and guests come to the Steinhude bathing island. The large, guarded bathing beach "Weiße Düne" is located on the north shore in Mardorf. It is located in front of a restaurant of the same name and is surrounded by pine and alder trees.
