This charming holiday home combines stunning sea views, modern comfort, and a peaceful location in the most popular resort of the Pink Granite Coast. Its large enclosed garden offers plenty of space for the whole family, and the bright veranda allows you to enjoy meals as if outdoors, even off-season. The lively center of Perros-Guirec is just a few minutes’ walk away, as is Trestignel Beach, one of the most beautiful in the area. The resort offers a wide range of activities: water sports, marina, casino, thalassotherapy, shops, creperies, and restaurants. Hikers will love the coastal trails that reveal the fascinating Pink Granite Coast with its striking rock formations, picturesque coves, and colorful ports. Just a few kilometers away, the Ploumanac’h rocks offer incredible photo opportunities, while a boat trip to the Sept-Îles archipelago lets you explore the bird sanctuary. The hinterland is full of historic towns such as Lannion and Tréguier, perfect for wandering through medieval streets lined with half-timbered houses, and the local cuisine delights with crêpes, galettes, mussels, and cider.

Spacious and comfortable, everything we needed was there, The area is quiet, yet close to the lively resort, I especially loved the beautiful beaches nearby, I would def come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The sea view was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset from the veranda, The kids loved playing in the spacious garden, and it was a joy to have the beach just a short walk away, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals after a day of exploring, Nearby, we found some great crêperies and shops that added to our experience, Overall, a perfect family getaway!

What a gem of a vacation home! The view of the sea from the veranda was absolutely stunning, and we loved having dinner there every evening. The location was perfect - just a few steps from Le Trestignel beach. I highly recommend this place for families!

Clean and well-furnished, but the heating took some time to warm up. The location is ideal for exploring the Pink Granite Coast. We had a decent stay overall, but a few minor issues could be improved.
