Fantastic sea views, excellent comfort, a quiet location in the most popular seaside resort of the Pink Granite Coast, this lovely holiday home offers all this and much more. The large enclosed garden offers plenty of space for the whole family. When dining in the bright veranda, you will feel as if you are eating outside, even in the low season. The centre of the lively seaside resort is just a few minutes walk away and a little further on is one of the most beautiful beaches, Le Trestignel.
Perros-Guirec offers a wide range of leisure activities, numerous water sports, a marina, a casino, a thalassotherapy centre, nice shops, crêperies and restaurants. Hikers will discover the beauty of the fascinating Pink Granite Coast with its bizarre rock formations, picturesque coves and colourful harbours on the customs paths along the sea.
Nearby activities: Only a few kilometres from Perros are the impressive rock formations of Ploumanac'h. Photographers will find countless beautiful motifs for their holiday memories here. The fascinating coastal region between Ille-et-Vilaine and Finistère in the north of Brittany is characterised by small protected coves, white sandy beaches and the Pink Granite Coast with its many magnificent viewpoints. A planetarium and an adventure park are 10 km away. A boat trip to the Sept-Îles archipelago is also highly recommended to discover the Sept-Îles bird reserve. The hinterland is rich in small historic towns, such as Lannion and Tréguier, which invite you to stroll through the medieval streets lined with half-timbered houses. The culinary offer of the region is also very varied, don't miss the delicious crêpes, mussels, ciders or galettes.

We speak a little school French, but the landlord speaks fluent German, which we found very, very good.

We spent 2 weeks in this house with our two children in July/August 2015 and we can say: Everything about this house is just right! The town of Perros-Guirec is a good mix of tourist offerings (without being kitschy or overcrowded) and beautifully situated beaches/walking paths/views, The house itself is down a small side street at the top of the mountain in a residential area, The view is of the sea almost like cinema - every day a different color, different lighting conditions, the garden is lovingly laid out with lavender
