A stone's throw from the famous bay of Mont St. Michel, you will find your holiday home with a charming, enclosed south-facing garden. The typical stone house of the region has been comfortably renovated with great attention to detail. At high tide you can see the sea from the balcony of one of the bedrooms, which is only 70 meters from your holiday home. The beautiful bay is dominated by the majestic monastic mountain of Mont St. Michel and is the scene of the strongest tides in all of Europe. Cherrueix is just a few minutes' drive from the tourist strongholds of the region. Guided tours and walks in the Wadden Sea and on the trails of the customs officers around the bay are organized here all year round. A true paradise for shell collectors and also for beach sailors.

It is a nice little house. Very clean. However, it was somewhat problematic for us that the double bed is very narrow for two adults and there is only one single blanket – we are not used to that ourselves. The kitchen equipment is improvable. There is a lack of cutting boards, cutlery is very limited, cups are insufficient and in miniature size, and the coffee machine for filter coffee mentioned in the description is missing. But those are all the shortcomings. Basically not really significant. Nice landlord.

We had a wonderful time in this charming townhouse! The property is located in a quiet area and is just a few minutes' drive from popular places like Saint-Malo and Cancale. The garden was a pleasant escape after a day of sightseeing. The host, Monique, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the bedrooms. It felt like a little corner of paradise, and we can't wait to return.
