We allow our tenants to cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period and charge 50% of the agreed rental price for cancellations up to 8 weeks in advance, and 100% of the rental price for cancellations from 8 to 0 weeks prior. If the apartment can be successfully re-rented for the cancelled period, we will refund the entire deposit for cancellations up to 8 weeks in advance, and 50% of the total amount for cancellations from 8 to 0 weeks prior.

Two weeks after making the reservation, I had to cancel it because my wife needed urgent surgery. Despite this, I had to pay 50% of the total reservation. I did not pay anything for the other reservations I made in Germany and had to cancel. Only for this one.
They have no heart, they are only interested in money.
I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
