The vacation house is located in a village, on a plateau where original and modern houses can be found, on the edge of the Bohemian Paradise, about 60 km northeast of Prague. From the old town of the nearby county seat, the village is separated by a wide river valley. The house is situated in a quiet natural location, absolutely shielded from the city, but one can access the amenities of a city – many good restaurants, good ... due to the ideal location of the house, the Bohemian Paradise, Jizera Mountains, Giant Mountains, and Prague are easily accessible - see more below. The house has a living space of 295m2 /together with apartment Miki/ and is suitable for max. 10-12 people. This villa has been completely remodeled and lavishly refitted. The garden is 1300 m2.

As described, Villa JOSKA has 220 m2, 4 bedrooms - including 2x2 beds, 2x3 beds, where the two third single beds are 130 cm wide, suitable for 2 children each. Thus, Villa JOSKA is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults and 2-4 children. There is also a crib available. However, if two more adults should come, or if more space is needed, the MiKI apartment can be booked additionally. This apartment is located under the roof garden, is 75 m^2 in size, has its own entrance, a kitchen, a bedroom for 2 people, a living room 35 m^2 with a fireplace, satellite TV, in the garden, bathroom, and . Completely modernized.
Then the whole complex, Villa JOSKA with apartment Miki combined, has 5 bedrooms and is suitable for max. 10 adults and 2-4 children.
This apartment Miki can only be rented together with the main house, not separately!!! The Miki apartment is more of a small holiday home than an apartment.
Parking on the premises for max. 4 cars, WALLBOX up to 11 kW. Color TV/SAT + SAT-RADIO, gas central heating.

Location and surroundings of object
On the spot, there are possibilities of good meal in plenty of restaurants, but also take a bath in a river or in outdoor pools, golf, hiking routes, fishing, horseriding, tennis and squash halls. Parking places for 3 cars maximum on the site, and a garden arbour and a camp-fire. The holiday house is perfect as a starting point for various trips, to the Czech Paradise, to Prague – 30 minutes car drive or by train also good possible, to the Giant Mountains – 45 minutes, and to the Jizera Mountains – 35 minutes. There are really lot of castles, chateaux, ruins and also walking paths, bike paths nearby. You will find a zoo, aquapark, etc. also.
SKIING: In winter you could reach a big skiing center with all amenities during 35 minutes of car drive:
There was built for better ski conditions the following: new system for artificial snow, double seats chair lift to Černý vrch, new projects for increasing of transport capacity and comfort for the visitors. Sport area Ještěd will is a self-sufficient, modern centre of summer and winter sports. The village Cejetice you could find not far away from small town of Mlada Boleslav in central Bohemia on the edge of the Bohemian Paradise, about 60 km from Prague . | Here are prices per week plus energy, final cleaning and local tax. Prices from 690 EUR to 1440 EUR per week, New Year's Eve week EUR 2450 - already with flat Miki, Many dates cost between 690,- to 860,- EUR per week, this price is valid up to max. 3 persons, then a surcharge of 49,-EUr per week has to be paid. We would like to make the house affordable for small groups. In the higher season the prices are higher, but here the prices are valid for 8 adults and 3 children, e.g. winter holidays, Easter weeks, and autumn holidays 1150,-EUR, summer holidays and Christmas week 1440 EUR. The final cleaning costs 90,-EUR per stay with max. 6 persons, each additional person costs 8,-EUR additionally. Please ask us for the exact offer . If there are 2 more persons, you have to book the modernised flat MIKI, for 290,-EUR per week ,then there is a complete flat with kitchen, bedroom for 2 persons, living room 35m2, SATTV, bathroom and separate WC. We will send you the pictures after your request. This flat is located under the terrace of the main house, has its own entrance and the flat cannot be entered !!! The flat Miki is more a small holiday house than a flat Miki cannot be booked separately, only together with the main house JOSKA. This means that nobody else lives there !!! Energy costs and local taxes are added to the price. We will immediately send you the price list with available dates. Availability notes The guests change mostly on Saturdays. In the low season you can come for a shorter time, but not through 2 weeks - it means you can come from Saturday to Wednesday, but not from Wednesday to Sunday, except on a very last minute, if available, of course. To this calendar: Because of very often changes we do not always actualise this calendar. But if you send us an e-mail, we will give you the availability information in the shortest time. Sorry, but the calender is not always up-to-date, but if you contact us, we send you immediately an e-mail with correct availability and pricing. We own also a second house which you could find here in the advertising, house Cejetice, in middle Bohemia, but the houses are only 25 km away from each other, and have the same amenities like inside-pool, sauna, steambath, etc., so it is equal which house you choose - satisfaction quaranteed! Notes to the rental rates: Sorry, but the calender is not always up-to-date, but if you contact us, we send you immediately an e-mail with correct availability and price is exclusive energy costs. The municipal tax is about EUR 0,80 for adult a day. The final cleaning will be done by us and costs EUR 60,-. Bedcover you can order and costs EUR 10,- for a set with two towels. By booking you will pay 30 %, 2 months before arrival further 20 % and 50 % on the day of your arrival in cash. We have our bank in Germany.

Recreation in Czechia
This year we have been to the Czech Republic for the second time...
The Joska-Haus rightly bears the nickname Wellness House. The sauna and steam room were great for us parents, the children especially enjoyed the indoor pool. The barbecue evenings in the garden were also very pleasant. The location of the house is ideal for trips to the nearby and more distant surroundings... We will come back next year and probably bring our parents along.
