The cosy holiday home "Pick + Partner" offers 95 m² of space for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms (2 x on the ground floor with 2 single beds each; 1 x on the upper floor with two single beds next to each other)
The living room forms the centre of the holiday accommodation. With two comfortable couches and other seating options, it is great to relax with a good film / book or wine.
Upstairs you will find a living studio/gallery with a sofa bed and another TV as a retreat.
In the kitchen you can prepare delicious meals and then "leave" the dishes in the dishwasher.

On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with shower/WC and on the upper floor another WC with washbasin.

The accompanying 500sqm garden rounds off this beautiful holiday home offer with enough free space to breathe in the good North Sea air.
Enjoy the peace and quiet in the beach chair or watch your children having fun on the garden playground equipment (swing, horizontal bar).

There are 2 parking spaces for your car directly on the property of the holiday home.

Friedrichskoog-Spitze" is located in the Wadden Sea National Park.
This offers an approx. 1.8 km long beach section, divided into different areas (also for dogs / nudist holidaymakers).
For children, there are playgrounds directly in and near the water.
You can rent beach chairs by the day/week from the local beach chair rentals.
Small shops, ice cream parlours, tourist office, bicycle and go-cart hire, mini-golf, trampoline, boules court, snack bar, bakery and restaurants are all within a 300 m radius.
Further shopping facilities can be found in the village of Friedrichskoog.

The cancellation fee is tiered as follows, but is at least €150.00: - Up to 70 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price - Up to 49 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price - Up to 28 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price Once we receive the cancellation or termination from you, we will promptly look for other guests for the canceled period.

additional information:

As a special excursion destination for young and old, we recommend the seal station in Friedrichskoog + the "Wal Willi" play park directly at the harbour!
A highlight is a visit to the Nordostseekanalschleuse in Brunsbüttel, where many large ships can be seen every day in both directions. A visit to Friedrichstadt is also recommended.
