Description
In the holiday home in Flörekeweg you live very quietly in the countryside and yet close to the city centre. The 4 bedrooms are furnished with single beds, which you can also put together. The living rooms offer a large dining area, a leather sofa set, SAT-TV and 1 or 2 wall folding beds.
In the garden for sole use, our guests have a terrace and another seating area with garden furniture at their disposal. The house is situated in a pure residential area. For a good neighbourly coexistence, the quiet times are to be respected. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for party-loving groups, nor for parties and night owls.
Are you travelling with more than 10 people? Our other flats are close by. It is also possible to partially rent the house for up to 5 or 6 people at a lower price.

The house is located in the district of chalk mountain (north-west of Lüneburg) on ??a 600 sqm large mature plot, which consists mainly of lawn and large bushes. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away. Within 5 minutes walk there is a small shopping center with Edeka market, pharmacy, bakery, post office and bank.

| The price per night for up to 6 people in low season is 160 € per night (the first night costs 160 € more for the preparation of the house and the use of WiFi and bed linen). Towels can be rented on request (shower towel 2 €, hand towel 1 €). The accommodation tax of 4 % for the city of Lüneburg is added to the rental price; this tax is waived for work-related stays. Prices: The house costs 480 € for a weekend in low season for up to 6 persons incl. bed linen (Friday to Sunday). for the work week (Monday to Friday) 800 €. For up to 5-6 persons you can also rent the holiday house partly for a lower price. Please contact me. |
