Our beautiful Villa Gita with pool is situated on a large, completely fenced plot (1200 sqm) in a small village called Dort Grintavica, in the idyllic holiday region of Tinjan in central Istria and is especially suitable for families with children.
It extends over 130 sqm of living space and impresses the guests with a lush green garden with private pool (32 sqm) and sun beds, an outdoor dining area with barbecue fireplace and a small children's playground
The Villa Gita has three separate double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open and bright living room with a comfortable corner sofa where two more guests can sleep, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area and a covered terrace in front of the pool, for pleasant and relaxed hours together
Large satellite TV, WLAN, washing machine, dishwasher, complete air conditioning are also included

The guests who like to spend their holidays actively will find numerous beautiful hiking and cycling paths around Tinjan. In 30 min drive you are at the beautiful beaches of Porec. Wine lovers and gourmets can visit excellent wineries, konobas, restaurants and agorturizam restaurants around Tinjan and enjoy culinary highlights of the region.

If the cancellation is made earlier than 30 days before the arrival, "Istra Expert" will also keep an additional 10% as a processing fee.

We were on holiday in the villa as a couple with our dog
The house is extremely quiet, far from any hustle and bustle. This has the advantage of absolute peace and quiet. The disadvantage is that you are always dependent on a car and always have to drive 15 km to Porec to do your shopping. There is a small market 5 km away, but it did not meet our needs by far. But we knew that in advance and it didn't bother us because we were on the road every day anyway.
In May and early June it is very green in Istria and not yet very hot. We were lucky and could use the clean pool every day.
Our dog could roam freely on the fenced property and there is no possibility for the dog to escape
There are plenty of paths in the immediate area to go for walks.
The landlords are very nice, live right next door and proved to be reserved and eager to provide information.
In the house, the kitchen etc you will find everything you need to live.
Parking spaces are available and even covered.
If you make a little effort, you can go on bicycle tours directly from the accommodation. However, the signposting for the cycle paths is not always easy to recognise or sometimes simply non-existent. But you're on holiday and exploring, so an extra loop doesn't really bother you.
Conclusion. We liked it very much. If you like to do things on your own, enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the distances are not too long, the villa is the perfect place for rest and relaxation
We will definitely come back again.
