A Spanish villa modernised as new in 2004 on an enclosed approx. 1300 sqm plot with sea view in a quiet location invites you to a holiday with friends.
The large swimming pool with outdoor shower is surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace with sea view and plenty of space for sunbeds and parasols. A barbecue house (BBQ) with a shaded area for 10 people adjoins the pool terrace and invites you to barbecue and celebrate. The outdoor toilet in the immediate vicinity of the BBQ and pool ensures appropriate hygiene and further comfort in the open air. From the "Montgo sun terrace" you have a magnificent view of the 753-metre high local mountain of Denia - and for Denia connoisseurs ... this terrace also rightly bears the name "sun terrace" in the months of December and January.
In the annex is a studio with 3 more beds, small fitted kitchen, WC/shower and TV. The house can be rented with or without the studio.

Villa Torreon is located in a quiet neighbourhood of detached houses.
The nearest beach is about 3 minutes by car from the house. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away by car. The town centre is 5 minutes away. In December and January comes the "little summer" with temperatures up to 23 C. From January to March is the orange harvest. In February the almond blossom begins.
In April, May, October and November the temperatures are mild at about 22 C. In June to September it's summer, sun, beach, sea, pool and party time. Denia has 15 km of beach, 3 times as much as Mallorca.
Denia's local mountain is the Montgó. There is a serpentine path from the car park for hikers at 200 m to its summit at 753 m. Only the last 100 m have to be climbed. Only the last 100 m require a bit of climbing. Of course, from up there you have a wonderful all-round view and, on a clear day, a great view of Ibiza. From Cap de Sant Antoni there is a hiking trail to the caves of Las Rotas, a district of Denia. You can't go into these sea caves, you can only see into them from above - or you can approach the whole thing from the sea side ... Diving is the number one theme in Les Rotes .
Forget thick winter coats and the umbrella.
Dénia has the best microclimate in Spain, and according to the WHO (World Health Organisation) we have the healthiest climate in the world in Denia after California.
An average temperature of 19 to 20 degrees Celsius not only pleases the soul, but also the health.

Summer vacation with family
The house is situated in a quiet location as there is no main road passing by. The pool and surroundings are spacious. The covered barbecue area is great; we used it frequently. The equipment is also very good and has everything you need.

Wunderschönes Haus mit prima Erholungserfekt
Our first impression was very positive. The great outdoor kitchen and the beautiful pool immediately became our home. We only used the kitchen in the house to make coffee and bake twice. Otherwise, we were only in the house to sleep. The house was very clean and very modernly furnished. It was also great that there were two bathrooms and 3 toilets (including the outdoor toilet). We recovered very well and enjoyed our stay.
recommend for: holiday with children
Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und wunderschön unterhalb des Montgos. Leider hat ein Katkus und eine Palme die Sicht zum Meer etwas versperrt - aber es war, wenn man sich an die Wege gewöhnt hat - sehr leicht zu finden und schnell war man am Strand oder zum einkaufen in der Stadt.
free time activities: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus, das wir die Freizeitmöglichkeiten nur bedingt genutzt haben. Ausflüge zu den Wasserfällen, Höhlen, Tierpark standen auf dem Programm. Der Strand war nicht so schön wie in Andalusien.
shopping facilities: Super viele Supermärkte in der Nähe. Lidl, Konsum und Eroski in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
