The apartment is on the third floor of a building without lift and offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea and the whole coast of Marina di Ragusa.
There is a big external and partly shaded terrace with sea view, which is equipped with table and chairs.
On the back of the apartment, there is a second terrace with sea view, used as a solarium.
The interiors are furnished in modern style and consist of a living area and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room is very bright and panoramic thanks to the wide glass walls overlooking the terrace. It is furnished with dining table, TV and sofa bed.
The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer.
Two bedrooms: a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, which is equipped with en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower to serve the twin bedroom.
A laundry corner with washing machine and sink for the laundry.
The accommodation is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and in the sleeping area, in order to serve the two bedrooms.

Cancellation terms:
The Guest can withdraw from the contract up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, by a written communication that he/she has to send to Pomelia Holiday Homes within the above-mentioned term. In this case, Pomelia Holiday Homes will refund the Guest the deposit paid, minus 60 euros (fixed costs for procedure management) within seven working days from the withdrawal’s communication. If the Guest communicates the withdrawal later than the above-mentioned term (30 days), Pomelia Holiday Homes will retain the deposit of booking paid by the guest. In case of no-show of the Guest at the check-in, without any precautionary communication of withdrawal, Pomelia Holiday Homes will retain the total received deposit, with the obligation of the Guest to make the payment of the balance (according to the agreed price) within seven working days from the agreed arrival date. In case of impossibility due to Covid, even a few days before arrival (and therefore even after the 30-day deadline), a voucher of the same value as the deposit is issued, for the transfer of the stay in 2022 or 2023. The voucher, in fact, would be valid for any of our accommodations until 31.12.2023
