The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 2000, renovated in 2005, and practically furnished. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a lively environment. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday flat is situated on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early September 2.40 m x 3.50 m 1.80 m deep).

Kitchen in the living kitchen (4 sqm, passage room) with dining area, gas cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate WC (1 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
