Description

Ground floor:
In 2019 we completely redesigned the holiday apartment.

The living room is relatively large and simply furnished. A cozy corner sofa with bed function invites you to relax. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are a matter of course.

Behind the living room there is a large bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, and various small appliances such as a coffee machine or bread slicer. Behind it is the bathroom with a large, walk-in corner shower and a bathtub for relaxing.

The toilet was also completely redesigned in 2019, and in this room you will also find a washing machine for small loads in between.

Terrace:
The terrace invites you to relax together in comfort. Of course, you have the option to grill. Grill and charcoal are provided.

If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, a substitute rent may be charged according to the following scale: Withdrawal up to the 10th day before the start of the rental period: 0% After that and in case of no-show: 10% We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (TCI) when booking your holiday apartment. This protects you from financial burdens if you are unable to start or have to prematurely end your trip due to an unforeseen event (e.g. illness, death, serious accident, pregnancy with complications, significant damage to property due to fire, natural disasters, intentional criminal act by a third party, unforeseeable involuntary unemployment of the insured, unexpected call-up for military or reserve service). The insurance can be used if the landlord charges you fees for non-fulfillment of the rental agreement. Please note that the TCI applies to the rented property. A cancellation for TCI reasons can only be recognized if it is submitted in writing together with the relevant documentation (e.g. medical certificate and cancellation invoice) to the chosen insurance company. If you do not arrive without prior notice, the holiday apartment will be released for rental again 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. The right to occupy the property then no longer exists.
