Our modern villa is located in the most beautiful part of Siófok near the water.
The house is newly built, furnished to a high standard, with a well-kept garden, barbecue facilities, enclosed parking and a swimming pool
On the first floor we have two flats (for 2+2 and 4 persons), which can be rented separately or together. The flats each have a kitchen with dining room equipped with all necessary machines, 2 or 1 bedroom with French bed, own shower and WC, terrace with wooden garden furniture, satellite TV (also German programmes) and 2 single beds in the living room. For families travelling with babies, the cot or high chair can be no obstacle to a carefree holiday. Our accommodation is ideal for families, couples, seniors or friends who want to spend their holidays as self-caterers and enjoy it undisturbed in peace.

A stone's throw away is the party district with its varied programmes, 200 metres away is the city's only sandy free beach with the best restaurants in the area, but the colourful shops on the waterfront, the harbour and also the railway station are only a few minutes' walk away.

Perfect and high quality accommodation
Rufus Villa is located not far from the promenade of Siofok. In only 5 minutes you can reach the Plasz beach, with many restaurants and bars.
There is only one thing to say about the accommodation itself --> PERFECT!!!
Claudia and Lori are such nice hosts. They know good German and are always approachable. The accommodation was more than clean and nothing was missing in the equipment. The coffee machine could be a bit bigger for 4 people. The house is very smart and modern. The pool behind the house is great and clean. The size is perfectly adequate. We had a barbecue one evening. There is a small outdoor kitchen with dishwashing facilities
We can highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly come back.
