Equipped with gas burners, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, pod coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, TV, wifi, air conditioning. The complex offers large communal swimming pools and is only a few dozen meters from the Coop shopping center. The sea is 500 meters away and the town center is 700 meters away.
Rates are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
The rental cost includes water, electricity, gas, and final cleaning. Linen not provided.

Deposit of 1/3 of the rent + agency fees 7.32% (VAT included) by bank transfer.
