Luxuriously furnished holiday home with pool for 6 persons. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet, a living room and a kitchen. There is a recreation room in the basement. Fully equipped, air-conditioned, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The house is located on a private visit with four houses in the area of 16,000 square meters, surrounded by a green fence, in a quiet area, close to private olive groves where you can walk.

Location and surroundings of object
Quiet surroundings, lots of greenery and the proximity to the city of Krk. A small village Vrh, where the cottage is located, is ideal for a family holiday. Nearby (100 meters) is the restaurant and to the first beaches is very easy to reach.
City of Krk is 5km and 5 minutes from the house.

Relaxed holiday in a luxury house
We spent our 2-week summer holiday with 2 adults and 4 big children (13,16,19,20). Marko welcomed us very warmly, the various cold drinks and snacks were on the table for us. He explained and showed us everything in detail in the house. The house makes a much better impression than on the pictures - very tastefully furnished and very modernly equipped, even the large supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, detergent for the washing machine, cling film etc. was all available.
In the house everything was exactly as described: 3 great bedrooms each with a bathroom and toilet, additional toilet, lovely open plan dining and living room with kitchen where we enjoyed cooking. In the basement a very large games room with PS4, table football and children's kitchen.
Outside was a pool with counter-current where you could really swim and covered terrace with a dining table and modern chairs. We also enjoyed chilling out on the loungers by the pool after a visit to the beach. On the other side of the house is a beautiful garden with a playground. What we liked very much was that although there are only a few houses nearby, we had a clear view in every direction
It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the nearest beach. There are several places to eat nearby, Marko always advised us very well and gave us good tips.
If we come to Krk for the third time, we would definitely want to stay in Villa Elegante again. Absolutely recommendable!

Great holiday home in a quiet location
Great new house, everything very clean and exceptionally well-equipped. We didn't miss anything at all. Our nice host also gave us many valuable tips for the area. Absolutely recommendable!

Holiday KrK
We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The house is very well maintained and clean. The pool is ideal. It is a very quiet and beautiful location. The beds were comfortable and the mattress was not worn out. The location is not directly on the sea, so there is a one-star deduction, which did not bother us at all. We would come again at any time.
