Luxuriously furnished holiday home with pool for 6 persons. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet, a living room and a kitchen. There is a recreation room in the basement. Fully equipped, air-conditioned, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The house is located on a private visit with four houses in the area of 16,000 square meters, surrounded by a green fence, in a quiet area, close to private olive groves where you can walk.

Location and surroundings of object
Quiet surroundings, lots of greenery and the proximity to the city of Krk. A small village Vrh, where the cottage is located, is ideal for a family holiday. Nearby (100 meters) is the restaurant and to the first beaches is very easy to reach.
City of Krk is 5km and 5 minutes from the house.

Relaxed holiday in a luxury house
We spent our 2-week summer holiday with 2 adults and 4 big children (13,16,19,20). Marko welcomed us very warmly, the various cold drinks and snacks were on the table for us. He explained and showed us everything in detail in the house. The house makes a much better impression than on the pictures - very tastefully furnished and very modernly equipped, even the large supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, detergent for the washing machine, cling film etc. was all available.
In the house everything was exactly as described: 3 great bedrooms each with a bathroom and toilet, additional toilet, lovely open plan dining and living room with kitchen where we enjoyed cooking. In the basement a very large games room with PS4, table football and children's kitchen.
Outside was a pool with counter-current where you could really swim and covered terrace with a dining table and modern chairs. We also enjoyed chilling out on the loungers by the pool after a visit to the beach. On the other side of the house is a beautiful garden with a playground. What we liked very much was that although there are only a few houses nearby, we had a clear view in every direction
It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the nearest beach. There are several places to eat nearby, Marko always advised us very well and gave us good tips.
If we come to Krk for the third time, we would definitely want to stay in Villa Elegante again. Absolutely recommendable!

Holiday KrK
We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The house is very well maintained and clean. The pool is ideal. It is a very quiet and beautiful location. The beds were comfortable and the mattress was not worn out. The location is not directly on the sea, so there is a one-star deduction, which did not bother us at all. We would come again at any time.

Beautiful Designer House
We felt like Home and already booked this house 2 times. We definitely will return again next year. Marko the Host is very Kind and gives a lot of good tips for Restaurants.

Ein Traum
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben uns von der 1. Minute an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist das beste Ferienhaus, das wir jemals hatten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Besitzer hat sich auch von Anfang an um unser Wohl gesorgt, uns wertvolle Tipps (Strände, Lokale, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) gegeben. Es war ein Traumurlaub.

Einfach tolles Ferienhaus
Wir sind viel in Ferienhäusern in Kroatien unterwegs und dieses gehörte definitiv zu den besten. Klares Design, sehr sauber, Fliegenschutzgitter, ruhig gelegen.
Die Küchenausstattung ist hochwertig und umfassend. Das Highlight ist aber der Pool mit Terrasse. Einfach schön!

Eine wunderschöne luxuriös ausgestattete Villa mit Pool ...
In dieser luxuriös ausgestatteten Villa mit Pool hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es war vom supernetten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter so perfekt vorbereitet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Man muss hier wirklich nichts mitnehmen, alles war vorhanden. Und der Pool ist riesig! Allein, nur auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und auf den Pool zu schauen, ist schon superschön und entspannend. Und auf der Terrasse und im Haus wurde nur mit qualitativ hochwertigsten Ausstattungen gearbeitet. Wir hatten hier einen superentspannten Traumurlaub und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Was will man mehr? 10/10 TOP
Als wir zum ersten Mal auf das Haus aufmerksam geworden sind, war uns klar das wir genau dort hin wollen. Da uns Corona in die Quere gekommen ist, hat sich das leider um knapp 1 Jahr verzögert. Jedoch haben wir nun die Chance genutzt und haben uns das Haus für eine Woche gemietet. Wir müssen sagen das wir in keiner Weise enttäuscht wurden! Das Haus ist eine 10/10. An der Ausstattung ist wirklich nichts auszusetzen! Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden an was man nur Denken kann. Ob es Küchengeräte oder die Waschmaschine und der Wäschetrockner sind. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Es wurde an nix gespart. Der Pool ist der Hammer und auf jeden Fall die Kirsche auf der Torte!
Der Gastgeber ist mehr als Freundlich und spricht ebenso gutes Deutsch. Die Verständigung war TOP! Ein früheres Abreisen, wie in unserem Fall war ebenso gar kein Problem (01:00 Uhr in der Früh).
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt ausgesucht. Man braucht ca. 5-7 Minuten nach Krk mit dem Auto. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso ein kleiner Bäcker und ein schönes Restaurant, was sogar auf dem selben Gelände ist!
Zum Thema Testen (Corona PCR): Getestet wird direkt in Krk beim Krankenhaus. Die Adresse im Internet stimmt leider nicht ganz, da die Einfahrt in einer anderen Straße befindet. Das ist jedoch ausgeschildert und ebenso leicht zu Finden (Einfahrt Straße Ivana Mazuranica, Krk). Bei den ganzen Informationen hat uns der Besitzer/Gastgeber natürlich geholfen. Wir haben alle Informationen dazu von ihm erhalten!
Fazit: Wie werden zu 100% erneut kommen. Das Haus ist wirklich das beste was wir bisher auf ganz Krk gemietet haben. Es ist alles da und das Gesamtpaket ist einfach Perfekt!
