The original structure of the building dates back to the mid-800s. The entire complex is now divided in three apartments and an old characteristic court with dry stone walls. It was entirely rebuilt and the old house has retained only the particular external forms with an impressive facade that reflects the style of the sardinian manor houses of that era. The interiors, with a wooden roof, are furnished in a modern and comfortable way, with attention to detail to create the best atmosphere for your holidays. Ideal for couples with or without children looking for peace, tranquility, and crystal clear sea.
Kitchen/living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Beds for 4 people.
4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishes and accessories for 4 people, washing machine, television with free-to-air digital terrestrial channels (No pay-TV), table with 6 chairs. There is no Wi-Fi.
Shutters and mosquito nets to all windows.
Linen and air conditioning not included in the price, but available on request. (The consumption of air conditioning is calculated according to the Kwh used). Please ask for more information.
In the private outdoor patio, wooden gazebo surrounded by creepers, a table, and 4 chairs. Barbeque (wood/charcoal), sink, and outdoor shower. In addition to that, there is a small green space in common between two apartments shaded by a carob tree.
Free parking in front of the house on a private road shared with other dwellings. This is a quiet area between the countryside and the sea, two kilometers from Porto Pino beach. The bicycle lane starts very near to the house.

The place is most suitable for couples, with or without kids, looking for peace and quiet. Nearby historic sites, archaeological and natural. Water sports (surf - windsurf - kitesurf - sailing). Trekking and mountain biking.
If are interested in water sports, that's your spot. Kitesurf Porto Botte spot is only few minutes drive away.
Portopino, with its twenty meters white sand dunes, the gorgeous forest of Aleppo pine and the crystalline waters, is fully consolidated as one of the most interesting places of Sardinia. Mild temperatures throughout the year. The town of Sant’Anna Arresi and Porto Pino are attractive, and well served with shops, restaurants, bars, and a lively night-life (especially in summer). For those who want to feel at home but love the sea and want to discover day by day new quiet beaches or would make excursions with the boats that start from the nearest marinas of Porto Pino, Porto Teulada, and Sant’Antioco.
