In a protected environment at the end of a long, wooded avenue lined with centuries-old chestnut trees and a remarkable landscape, the 16th-century manor house of Kerveziou awaits you for a quiet and relaxing stay. The manor house of Kerveziou, located on the road to Saint Jacques de Compostela, was a first step for pilgrims from the diocese of Tréguier who followed the Jaudy before arriving in the bustling city of Guingamp. In the outbuildings of the manor house, two cottages, completely renovated with ecological materials, await you for a stay with your partner, family, or friends. Here, between land and sea, you can discover an authentic Brittany.
On a private property of seven hectares, you can roam freely through beech and chestnut forests. Let yourself be surprised by the majestic spring and autumn colors of the Japanese maple trees, the collections of camellias, magnolias, rhododendrons, and hundreds of other botanical varieties. Discover the oak grove and its 30 different oak species from around the world. Enjoy the tranquility and meditate by the banks of the Kervéziou stream, where until the 19th century fabrics, veils, and ropes were made from hemp and linen. You can sunbathe in the heart of the estate's palm grove. Who knows, you might encounter a rabbit or a deer on your way. Large. The rental price includes all additional costs as well as: bed linen, towels, dish towels, cleaning and dishwashing products (also for the dishwasher), laundry detergent for the washing machine, small drying rack for indoor use and large drying rack for outdoor use. We are here in the midst of nature and, despite the central location, far from mass tourism; the beaches are not crowded even in summer and there is enough space to keep your distance. Our two holiday apartments can be booked independently of each other.
Brittany is also beautiful in autumn and spring; the sea temperature is optimal in September and the beaches invite you to swim, relax, and take walks.

Cycling and hiking trails, including one directly on our grounds, many hiking trails in the area with opportunities for biking. Hiking trail 3 km (nearby): easy level, forest walk along a stream, ideal for a family outing, with 2 children's playgrounds.

Ploumanac'h was voted the favorite village of the French in 2015. We are happy to share our insider tips with you: our region is famous for the variety of its beaches, its cultural events, its botanical gardens, its churches and chapels, and its gourmet cuisine (several Michelin-starred chefs).
Even in the off-season, there are many events, including the Lanvellec Festival in October, with numerous classical music concerts in the surrounding churches and in the cathedral of Tréguier. We are happy to make you an offer if you would like to stay longer than 1 week (applies to the low season).

Marvelous! Warm! Dog-friendly!
We - two bipeds and two quadrupeds - spent 3 wonderful, relaxing weeks at Magnolia. In the first two weeks, we especially enjoyed the nightly fireplace, as it was quite chilly at the end of April/beginning of May. James: Many thanks for the great supply of wood! The holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need, including the kitchen. You almost had the forest to yourself. Plants, trees, and the scent of fresh forest floor were extremely decelerating. The morning walk was accompanied by bird chirping. Looking out of the window, you could see beautiful pink rhododendron blooms. The terrace, where the sun shone in the morning, was the perfect place to enjoy the spring sun to the fullest and have a coffee. Living in this historic building and the lovingly designed and equipped holiday apartment was something special. The landlords, Monika and James: We would love to give more than 5 points (but unfortunately cannot). In addition to tips for activities, we also received support in finding a dentist plus translation and escort services. Monika, another big thank you for that! And then there are the Bretons themselves: Everywhere we met friendly, helpful people, not to mention Breton cuisine. The location: We deliberately chose a more rural location a bit away from the sea so that we could easily drive off in different directions and explore different areas. It was 25 to 35 minutes by car to the coastal towns at normal speed. The pink granite rocks are definitely worth a visit, the tide brings out different landscapes, and a sunset by the sea, perhaps together with a delicious meal and a glass of wine, rounds off the holiday feeling.

A refuge for humans and dogs
The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The facility as well as the holiday apartments reflect the tasteful style of the hosts. The private forest was not only an experience for our dog, but also offers various spaces that engage all the senses. A good starting point for exploring Brittany. Enchanted grounds: a combination of forest, walking paths, old buildings, historic relics, and islands of exotic plant arrangements (palm trees, ferns, perennials, and cacti, ...).
Possibilities for sports and relaxation: a large meadow with a table tennis table and plenty of space for ball games.

A couple from Germany in Brittany.
We spent our 14-day annual vacation here in Brélidy in the department of Côtes-d'Armor. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and provided us with all sorts of good advice and tips. The vacation apartment is very well equipped and also very cozy. Holiday for two with 2 dogs.
Very beautiful accommodation with a park-like property in an old, newly renovated stone house. Very friendly and always helpful landlords. Dogs are more than welcome. Pure relaxation.
The vacation apartment was very well equipped, there was nothing missing.

Lonely but not isolated, easily accessible, the Manoir of Kerveziou has risen for almost 400 years in the middle of nature, surrounded by woods and meadows, not far (about 18 km) from one of the most beautiful, still unspoilt coasts of France. Over many years we have gathered plant species from all over the world and the relatively mild climate allows many to feel very comfortable here. Our two holiday apartments, one for up to 4 and one for up to 6 persons, are renovated with mostly ecological building materials. Our aim was to combine the historical and the modern.
