In a protected environment at the end of a long wooded avenue with centuries-old chestnut trees and a remarkable landscape, the 17th century manor house of Kerveziou awaits you for a quiet and relaxing stay. The Kerveziou manor house, on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostela, was a first step for pilgrims from the diocese of Tréguier who followed the Jaudy before arriving in the bustling city of Guingamp.
In the outbuildings of the manor house you will find two cottages completely renovated with ecological materials for a stay with your partner, family or friends, between land and sea you can discover an authentic Brittany.
On a closed property of seven hectares you can walk unhindered through beech and chestnut forests. Be surprised by the majestic spring and autumn colours of Japanese maple trees, collections of camellias, magnolias, rhododendrons and hundreds of other botanical varieties. Discover the oak grove and its 30 different oak species from all over the world. Enjoy the peace and quiet and meditate at the edge of the Kervéziou stream, where up to the 19th century fabrics, veils and ropes were made from hemp and linen. You can sunbathe in the heart of the palm grove of the estate. Who knows, maybe you'll meet a rabbit or a deer on your way
We are about 22 minutes away from the most beautiful sandy beaches.
Here you are in the middle of Trégor with its night festivals, festivals, concerts, etc., you will find numerous markets in the area with quality products direct from the producer (many organic farmers), seafood, often on direct sale.

pure relaxation
We, 2 adults, 1 child and a small dog were able to spend 2 wonderful weeks in the large vacation apartment. The drive through the avenue to the property alone is already dreamlike. You think you're entering a completely different world. Very idyllic, surrounded by forests, meadows, and beautiful gardens. Definitely take a walk in the woods. Everything is so enchanting and you discover beautiful nature everywhere.
The location was perfect for us. Far away from the stressful everyday life. We were able to relax wonderfully.
The apartment was top-equipped, everything your heart desires. And our daughter had a "kingdom" for herself on the upper floor.
The welcome from Mrs. Dörr was so warm. Fresh flowers from the garden on the table and a very delicious cider:).
We travel a lot, but we have never had such lovable and great landlords before. Unfortunately, we could only give 5 stars...
From detailed information about activities, culture, and the country, to cooking classes and assistance with mosquito bites on my daughter and care for my knee after a fall, I can only say, simply incredible.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful time. And we will definitely come back. :)?

Dreamlike holiday apartment on a beautiful estate.
We were allowed to spend 2 weeks in this unique manor. The vacation apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. It really lacks nothing. We cooked a lot and found everything including a blender.
The grounds are a beautiful natural idyll. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. Even our dog felt at home.
The manor is a bit off the beaten path. Therefore, a car is necessary. But not far away is a town (Pontrieux) that invites you to linger and stroll.

very beautiful holiday apartment surrounded by nature and tranquility
The Fe Wo Camélia is very cozy, adequately equipped and modern and open through the open gallery. We felt very comfortable there! Also because we slept particularly well there due to the wonderful tranquility and good beds. A place to feel good! What also makes this place special are the so friendly hosts. An enchanting retreat
The journey alone through the private forest to the rustic, beautiful, very old manoir is already an experience. Arriving there after a very long journey, we felt as if we had been transported to another time. Greenery and blossoms were everywhere... Palm trees waved and gave a clear view of our fascinating holiday home, where old walls were skilfully and cleverly mixed with modern architecture. A dream!
We lived in both flats for 14 days with 4 adults and the family dog, who couldn't get enough of sniffing in the forest.... Every dog walk was at the same time an experience for the human eye and relaxation for the soul. The two flats left nothing to be desired in every respect. Inside, beautiful old furnishings were mixed with modern ones. Built with ecological building materials, which creates a very pleasant indoor climate, the rooms are wonderfully bright, very cosily designed and fully equipped with EVERYTHING a demanding household needs for self-catering. We would have loved to move in permanently...
Also because then we would have had more time to get to know our extremely kind house owners Monika and James better. They were unobtrusive, friendly and helpful with lots of good tips and information, generous and uncomplicated, so that we could feel comfortable and familiar in their vicinity. We had a hard time parting with this enchanting temporary "home" and its owners. This is another reason why we can recommend everyone to take time out in this impressive retreat with its soothingly beautiful surroundings, where tranquillity and originality can be experienced without having to forego modern comforts
By the way, this place is also a very good starting point for numerous sights in the nearer and somewhat more distant surroundings...

Living like God in France
A lavishly renovated, beautifully furnished and really fully equipped holiday flat on two floors. Large balcony with a beautiful view into a park-like, well-kept and with great expertise landscaped garden, which is at the guests' disposal. The area is ideal for walks, hikes and cycling tours. There are many places of interest in the vicinity, such as gardens, churches, nature reserves; beaches are also not far away. Very nice hostess.

Ferien wie im Traum
Unser Aufenthalt im Camelia ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Noch nie haben wir uns in einer Ferienwohnung von Tag eins so wohl gefühlt -
Alles war angenehm sauber, komfortabel und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet -
Unser 13jähriger Sohn hatte seine eigene Etage und somit seine Privatsphäre, die er sehr genoß-
Die beiden Ferienwohnungen sind so geschickt konzipiert, dass man trotz voller Besetzung für sich sein kann.
Monika gab uns viele Tipps in ihrer entspannten und liebenswerten Art, frei nach dem Motto nichts muss, alles kann...
Wir waren von ihr ganz entzückt!
Von unserem Standpunkt aus konnten wir den ganzen Küstenabschnitt in ca. 30min erkunden und haben den Plage greve Blanche in Tregastel zu unserem Lieblingsstrand erklärt.
Durch die Ruhe im Menoir und das wirklich bequeme Bett, konnten wir sehr gut schlafen und auch tagsüber war die Atmosphäre auf dem Gelände sehr erholsam
- man hat hier den Wald direkt vor der Tür!
Das Wetter war Anfang Juli hervorragend.
Also gibt es von uns für diese Unterkunft und die Herzlichkeit von Monika und James mindestens die volle Punktzahl !!!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Mein Mann und ich haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der Bretagne verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung Camelia, von der Größe für vier Personen geeignet, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Küchenausstatung ist sehr gut, wir haben oft gekocht. Vor allem haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, es ist sehr ruhig und das Bett sehr bequem. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Federballnetz, beides haben wir genutzt. Die Vermieter Monika und James sind super nett und haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge, Veranstaltungen, Märkte usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Jetzt, da wir hier waren, kann ich die große Begeisterung meiner Vormieter voll verstehen. Auch uns hat dieses Feriendomizil verzaubert. Traumhafte Ferien-Oase!
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in mitten eines traumhaften Privatparks. Hier haben wir Ruhe, Abegschiedenheit und traumhafte Natur erlebt. Der Weg auf das Gelände durch einen schönen Wald ist schon das erste tolle Erlebnis. Und die Unterkunft war perfekt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Ausstattung modern, dennoch persönlich und konfortabel. Vor allem aber haben die Vermieter, Monika und James, unseren Aufenthalt zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Liebenswert, zuvorkommenden und hilfbereit haben sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns mit unseren drei Kindern rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Die zahlreichen Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände, Aktivitäten waren super. Unvergesslich der Besuch im Village Gaulois /Gallierdorf. Für unseren 5jährigen das Highlight, aber auch die schönen Strände in Tregastel etc., die Kajak Tour am Meer und die diversen Ausflüge z.B. zur Île de Bréhat oder ins Chateau Roche Jagu waren sehr, sehr schön. Man kann viele Dinge machen oder aber nur die Seele baumeln lassen, auf dem Geländer herumwandern, auf der Liegewiese Trampolin springen, Tischtennis spielen oder einfach nur abhängen, die Hühner besuchen oder kleine Wanderungen direkt am Privatpark beginnen. Genauso gut kann man aktiv sein und kleine Fahrradtouren machen oder in knapp 20 - 30 Minuten an die Küste fahren. Kurzum: Die Lage dieser tollen Ferienwohnung ist ideal und es war ein sehr erholsamer, toller Urlaub. Und die Gastgeber verdienen ebenfalls 5 Sterne. Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder.

Nous avons passés des vacances formidables grace à des propriétaire des maison des vacances. Ils étaient trés engagés de faire des vacances perfectes pour nous. Il manque rien et l´appartement est trés jolie, propre et bien èquipé. Et les propriétaire sont trés adorables.

Best Gîtes in Bretagne
Located in on the lovely grounds of the Manoir de Kerveziou, the apartment in the beautifully refurbished barn was the ideal hideaway to go on holiday with a group of friends. Monika and James are superb hosts that will tell you all about the region's best spots and activities. The property, nestled in an expansive and burgeoning garden favored by Bretagne's microclimate is only a stones throw away from the sea, other amazing gardens, and bustling markets offering regional specialties. All in all its a warm and cozy base for the region that I can highly recommend.

An experience to remember
Staying for a week in the cottage was an experience to remember for a lifetime. The place is surrounded by history, with a beautifully conserved 16th Century building, and by an astonishing botanical garden carefully kept by the family (totally worth a "tour"). It was a unique experience and the best way to visit Bretagne. The hosts Monika and James were very welcoming and shared with us everything about the region, several tips of activities and made sure that we had the best stay possible. Totally recommend!

Lovely place and friendly hosts
We spent almost a week in the upper apartment, and were astonished by the calm and beauty of this place! The building is from the 16th Century but the interior is brand new! We loved the botanical garden that surrounds the house with many species of plants from all over the world! Very calm surroundings and very friendly hosts made this experience one to remember!

eine "Insel"
Ich habe mich schon ein bissschen vorher informiert, aber die Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Es gibt keinen einzigen Makel, es liegt so idyllisch, wie eine "Insel" umgeben von Wald und parkähnlichen Grünflächen. Mein Lieblingsplatz war abends auf der grünen Wiese in einem bequemen Stuhl sitzen und die Seele baumeln lassen.
Die Vermieter, die ganze Familie, sind offen, hilfsbereit. eine Art Gastfreundschaft, wie man sie seltenst erlebt.

Excellent séjour.
Un voyage des plus revigorants au cœur de cette ferme fortifiée médiévale ! L'endroit est féerique et les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse d'un autre temps. J'ai passé 2 semaines d'un véritable repos. A consommer sans modération j'ai d'ores et déja prévu de revenir l'année prochaine.

Wunderschönes „Schlösschen“, ruhig und grün gelegen. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit stilvoller Gestaltung und absolut gemütlich. Nettere Vermieter gibt es nicht, familien-und tierfreundlich und ganz unkomplizierte Buchung/Abwicklung.

Eine Unterkunft zum Herunterkommen
Herrlich geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung inmitten der Natur. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, die sich bei Bedarf um Alles kümmern. Einzigartige ruhige Lage. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Eine Oase der Ruhe
Meine Familie und ich wohnen in Köln und waren auf der Suche nach einem Ausgleich zur Alltagshektik. Eine Freundin hatte uns die Region empfohlen. Bei der Suche nach einem Ferienhaus entdeckten wir dieses absolute Traumhaus.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen!

Liebevolle renovierte/moderne Wohnung innerhalb eines Juwels von Haus. Als Stadtperson war es der perfekte Ort, für unsere Familie mit der Natur wieder in Einklang zu gelangen. We are a German-French couple and have been living in Brittany for over 30 years. Already during our first visit we fell in love with this magical place. Lonely but not isolated, easily accessible, the Kerveziou Manoir has been surrounded by nature for almost 400 years, surrounded by woods and meadows, not far (about 18 km) from one of the most beautiful and untouched coasts in France. For many years we have gathered here plant species from all over the world and the relatively mild climate allows many to feel at home here. Our two holiday flats, one for up to 4 and one for up to 6 persons, are renovated with mostly ecological building materials. Our aim was to combine the historical with the modern. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have, share some insider tips with you and help you discover our beautiful region.
