We offer 2 fully equipped holiday flats "St. Annenblick" (NON-SMOKERS) for up to 4 people each.

*1 bedroom for 2 persons with a double bed,
*1 kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee-
coffee machine, electric kettle, cooker with oven, dining area, free WLAN
*1 bathroom with shower and WC.
Our holiday flats are equipped with all tableware, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, hoover, bed linen. The Friedemann family would be pleased to welcome you in one of our holiday flats. Our holiday flats are located in the middle of the beautiful mountain and Adam Ries town of Annaberg-Buchholz above the St. Anne's Church and the Erzgebirge Museum with its visitor mine. You can also walk to the centre of Annaberg-Buchholz in a minute. There you will find many shops, sights, restaurants and the recreational area at the Pöhlberg (832 m above sea level) is only a 5-10 minute walk away. All year round, you can go on wonderful hikes or mountain bike tours there and in winter, of course, skiers and tobogganers are also very welcome on their up to 3 years free.
1 baby cot + 1 high chair available free of charge on request.

You reach Annaberg-Buchholz from Chemnitz via the B95. To get to your accommodation, follow the signs for "Innenstadtring" or "". About 100m before the big one you will reach your holiday flat on the left hand side. Arriving from the Czech Republic and Oberwiesenthal: You can reach Annaberg-Buchholz from the Czech Republic and Oberwiesenthal via the B95. Parking facilities: Public
We recommend parking your car on the free "Kätplatz" (walking distance to the flat).
During the "Annaberger Kät", however, parking is not allowed there. Parking rules also apply during the entire "Annaberger Weihnachtsmarkt". Please enquire with your landlord, who will be happy to help you.
Arrival by bus or train
You can also reach Annaberg-Buchholz by train. From Chemnitz, the Erzgebirgs Regionalbahn (regional train) runs to the lower station. If you would like to travel by bus, you can reach Annaberg-Buchholz at the bus station. Of course we offer a free pick-up service from the DB station Annaberg-Buchholz or from the
Annaberg-Buchholz bus station by arrangement. Annaberg-Buchholz is a town in the Ore Mountains with over inhabitants. Following the 2008 district reform, it has been the administrative seat of the Erzgebirgskreis in Saxony since 1 August 2008. The town lies on the slopes of Pöhlberg (832 m above sea level), Schreckenberg (649 m above sea level).Sights: St. Annenkirche is a hall church on the threshold between late Gothic and Renaissance and is one of the largest and most beautiful of its time in Saxony. It is the town's landmark and can be seen from afar. The Frohnauer Hammer - it is the oldest and most attractive museum of the Annaberg KÄT - is the largest folk festival in the Ore Mountains and takes place annually in Annaberg-Buchholz. It is one of the folk festivals in Germany, with over 100 showmen presenting their businesses.
The Kät is known far beyond the region and is one of the oldest folk festivals in Germany. It attracts several hundred thousand visitors every year. The Adam Ries Museum - In 1522 or 1523, Adam Ries was drawn to the still young mining town of Annaberg, where he spent the rest of his life.

Beautiful days in Annaberg Buchholz
Very friendly welcome, flat is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering. Very positive is the totally quiet location, so that one could sleep very well. I will be happy to come back!

The Christmas decorations are already up in the stores.
A beautiful and very clean vacation rental, great hosts, super centrally located in the city. Shopping and hiking everything wonderful, anytime again.

Everything great
We were accommodated in two apartments with a befriended family (2 adults and 2 children each). Both apartments were very clean, modern and newly furnished. Fresh bed linen, white towels, hairdryer, complete kitchen equipment, everything was there. We were also warmly welcomed by the landlord and everything was very uncomplicated. Very centrally located and everything easily accessible.
