Location and surroundings of object

Sulzdorf an der Lederhecke belongs to the Haßberge Nature Park and is located in the Grabfeld. The Grabfeldgau is located in the border area of southern Thuringia and northern Bavaria. Hiking trails and the Reuthsee lake are in the immediate vicinity. The holiday home is very well suited as a starting point for cycling tours, as the Bad Neustadt-Bamberg long-distance cycle path passes by the village. The Thuringian Forest with its winter sports centre Oberhof and the Rhön with the Kreuzberg monastery can be reached quickly by car.

additional information about rental price:

House for 48,-€( 2 persons incl.) each additional person 13,-€. Small children up to 6 years are not charged. Dogs possible on request for an extra charge. Short- and long-term rentals possible on request. A cleaning fee of 60,- € is charged per booking. No rentals to youth groups in which all participants are younger than 23 years old. For the period October up to and including March, a heating surcharge of 14,- € per night is due, during this period the use of the winter garden is only possible after consultation. Heating and hot water are provided by an oil-fired central heating system, the costs of which are included in the rent. The deposit will be deducted from the service charges at the end of the rental period.
In case of Corona conditional general accommodation ban - money back guarantee (100%).

Cancellation terms:

In case of cancellation by the tenant up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 200 euros. For later cancellation or non-arrival of the tenant, the compensation for the landlord is 100% of the rental price.

The Märchenwald - Sambachshof, approx. 20 km away, is very popular with families with small children. A football field can be used.

great vacation

I had booked the holiday home with my friends for the third time. We liked it very much again. Even in greater heat, there was always a shady spot to linger due to the old trees. The house is fully equipped. The landlords are very friendly, helpful but not intrusive. We will come back next year.

Just get away! Beautiful vacation home with garden.

This wonderful little house has everything you need for a vacation! With three people and two dogs, the spacious holiday home with its green property offered more than enough space and also invited us to stay even in rainy weather. Forests and meadows stretch right in front of the front door and a forest lake can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
Cities like Coburg, Bamberg, Meiningen or Schweinfurt can be reached by car in 30 to 60 minutes and impress with their beautiful old towns.
Sulzdorf itself is worth a walk and a small farm shop, which is open day and night, offers eggs, vegetables and honey directly from the area depending on the season. For more extensive shopping, there is a large REWE and Müller in Bad Königshofen (about 10 minutes by car).
The owners of the holiday home are direct neighbors, very warm-hearted and always eager to make sure we have everything we need.
We were able to enjoy two wonderful weeks and gladly recommend the holiday home!

Great holiday home

We spent a great family holiday in this accommodation. The house was a very good starting point for hikes and excursions into nature. But cultural excursions were also feasible by car. The equipment of the house exceeded our expectations for self-catering. The great garden not only pleased us, but also our dog. The contact with the landlords was very uncomplicated

Great holiday home Easter 2022

We rented the holiday home over Easter and I can recommend it with a clear conscience. There were three of us with our primary school child. The garden is very large with a view of the fields. You can play soccer or badminton here, etc. The area is very quiet. The conservatory offers a beautiful view. We made use of the fireplace here. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need. The house is fully furnished. The location is ideal for a peaceful vacation. From here, you can start many excursions. A mountain bike / e-bike should be used as a bicycle, as the area is hilly. There are many viewpoints, castles, thermal baths, as well as hiking trails, bike parks, and a bathing lake to explore. The landlords are very friendly, helpful, and uncomplicated. We are already considering when we want to rent the house again.

Round m satisfied

Families of up to 4 people can relax in this very quiet and clean holiday home. The region is great for hiking, cycling and motorcycling.
I took advantage of the week and went by motorbike to the Röhn, the Thürigner Wald and the Hassberge. The holiday home was always a great starting point and in the evenings I could relax in the garden or in the winter garden. Alternatively, a 2-hour walk around the nearby Reuthsee is highly recommended.

Vakantie

Very friendly owners who respect your privacy. Beautiful large clean quiet house. Really everything is available. Also a large garden at your disposal. The wifi works well. Plenty to do in the area, although you have to drive a bit further, but it's definitely worth it.
We had a great stay and our dog loved the garden. Thank you and maybe we'll come back again.

We had a warm welcome... a house where you feel comfortable from the first moment and where nothing is missing... and also a surroundings that invites you to new activities every day.
We were there for 3 weeks and thought when driving home: "...oh, we would have loved to stay longer!!!"

We were welcomed very warmly and kindly. The couple who owns the property is very friendly. The apartment (a single-family house with a conservatory and a huge garden) is very well-maintained and clean. The price-performance ratio is also good. We were enthusiastic about everything.
