Very spacious and nice landlords
There were five of us and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of this holiday flat. There was enough space for our 3 children. The flat left nothing to be desired and is equipped with everything you need.
Mr Zimmermann is very helpful and was always on hand with advice and practical help. He was always ready for a nice chat and made it possible for us to visit a very special treasure of Rathmannsdorf.

Great holiday home for small groups
Beautiful, well-equipped holiday apartment with separate rooms for groups, with friendly and dedicated landlords. Everything was provided and very clean.
In Bad Schandau, many walks can be started.
A tiny deduction in location is due to the somewhat limited mobile phone coverage in the region for mobile phone owners. For major shopping, a car is needed, as there are no shopping facilities within walking distance on the hill.

As city dwellers plagued by noise, we greatly appreciated: the peace, no airplane noise, no car noise, and the view of beautiful nature.
The spacious and brightly furnished apartment, the friendly hosts, we enjoyed being there! The entire ground floor including a spacious sun terrace is available.
For those who want to leave their car behind, it takes a 30-minute walk to reach Bad Schandau, from where day trips to Meißen, Dresden, Pirna, etc. are easily possible by train after a ferry crossing of the Elbe.

Feeling at home
Despite the very short-term request due to work, the booking of the vacation apartment went smoothly after a brief phone conversation with Mr. Zimmermann. On the day of arrival, we were greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Zimmermann and shown around the very well-maintained and generously sized apartment. The apartment's provided amenities left nothing to be desired. Due to the central location of the apartment, many tourist destinations/places in the Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car within 20 to 30 minutes. It is also a good starting point for day trips for hiking enthusiasts. The Zimmermann family cares deeply about the well-being of their guests. They are always attentive to the questions and concerns of their guests. We felt very comfortable with them and would book the holiday apartment again at any time.
