The pink-coloured Casa Oreggi has recently been renovated and now offers a beautiful setting for relaxing holidays for 2-7 people. In front of the cottage there is a typical courtyard with a barbecue and a pizza oven that is fired with wood and baked with excellent pizzas. On the ground floor of the house there is the spacious living room with fireplace, sofas, SAT-TV, large dining table and the comfortably equipped kitchenette. The view from the windows goes over olive groves and into the beautiful Ligurian landscape. Downstairs there is also a bright bathroom with shower and access to a terrace with sun in the morning and a bedroom with a double bed. A wooden staircase leads up to 2 further bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 3 beds). From both bedrooms one has access to the roof terrace with a beautiful view and lots of sun from morning to evening. Furniture and decoration were lovingly selected and create a cozy, Mediterranean ambience. To the holiday house belongs a nice garden with olive trees, lavender, palms and roses in addition, a large terrace with much sun from the later morning to the evening. Also from here one has a wonderful view of olive groves. In the garden house there is a washing machine, parasol, garden furniture, etc. For your car there is a parking possibility on the property as well as 2 reserved parking lots with the entrance.

Location and surroundings of object
Casa Oreggi is located in the charming village of Tavole in a quiet residential area. In the neighborhood are other private houses with beautiful gardens. Tavole is a typical Ligurian town with a lot of tradition and beautiful churches. The situation is quiet, no traffic within earshot. In the village there is a very good restaurant, the nearest shops, post office etc. are in Molino di Prela, 5 minutes away. The next beach is about 20 minutes away. For the refreshment in between, there are nearby bathing ponds in the river, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Cancellation terms:
The guest can withdraw from the contract at any time before the occupancy starts. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For cancellations made later, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., last-minute rebookings, conversion to vouchers, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not utilized, unless these are included in the daily or weekly rate as stipulated in the price list. The guest is always free—even when calculating the standardized cancellation compensation—to prove that a loss has not occurred or has occurred to a lesser extent than calculated.

You can reach the cottage either via a narrow road below the cottage and then drive directly onto the property. Or you can park at the beginning of the street and walk the rest of the way (about 100m).
Because of the steps and stairs on the property, the house is not optimal for people with mobility impairments. Please inquire!
