The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 2004 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm large, enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
