Our holiday home "Noorderzon" is situated in the beautiful surroundings of North Holland between the North Sea and the Ijsselmeer.
The quiet holiday park t'Zijper Eilant in Oudesluis is located in the hinterland between Callantsoog and Julianadorp, approx. 10km to the North Sea and the beach.
The park has a free outdoor swimming pool in summer, a skating rink in winter, a playground, a small harbour and many waters for fishing. There is plenty of space for children to play and long walks with the dog through the typical North Dutch landscape and along the wide sandy beaches.
Oudesluis is a rural village at the end of the "Grote Sloot" with the old lock in the former sea dike. Until the poldering of the Anna-Paulowna polder around 1845, the village lay on a watercourse in the mudflats of the former Zuiderzee. In Oudesluis there were even ships of the "United East Indian Company VOC", which from here reached the open North Sea via the "Marstief". There was a fishing fleet here, too. The old lock can still be visited.

There is no WLAN/Internet available in the house. This is a conscious decision to give you and your loved ones a truly restful time, (almost) without constant availability and contact.
But if the desire for the big wide online world becomes too overwhelming, most public facilities, beach pavilions, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets already offer free access to the net.

Very beautiful!!
The holiday home is very tastefully furnished. Everything you need is there and it is very clean. The garden is completely fenced, which is very pleasant with a dog. The holiday complex is very quiet and clean. We will definitely come back!!!

Holiday with a dog
We spent a nice holiday with our dog here. The house looks just like in the pictures. The bathroom is missing a few hooks for towels and the outdoor area could be a bit better maintained. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable here. Good location for various excursions. The holiday park was pleasantly quiet.

Great house & beautiful park
We stayed in this house for 8 nights and will be back :-) the house is lovingly designed and furnished down to the last detail. Everything you need is there and even a very large collection of games. We felt very comfortable and also the garden is beautiful and dog-proof fenced. Supermarkets and all other shops are only a few minutes away by car. There are so many great fishing opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The park itself is very well maintained and clean.
The booking and the whole process was very smooth.
