The flat has a large living and dining room with kitchenette and large sofa bed on which 2 people can sleep. From the living room you can look directly onto the large balcony, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the large, quiet garden and can watch the rabbits and seagulls in the morning while having breakfast.
The living room is equipped with a wall unit containing a flat screen TV with receiver and DVD player as well as a stereo system. In the cupboard there are various DVDs and some games for our holiday guests. There is also a Playstation 2 with games in the cupboard - so you can also bridge a rainy day. There are also some books in the flat which our guests are welcome to read while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony.
For our little holiday guests, there is now also a play carpet and a play box with building blocks, books, etc.
In the dining area there is a table with 4 chairs and a high chair for the little guests.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes and various kitchen utensils. Our guests have a cooker with oven and ceramic hob as well as a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, egg boiler, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender at their disposal.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It would be possible to put a travel cot here for the little holiday guests. We will of course provide this for you free of charge
Please note that we do not provide a duvet/sleeping bag for the travel cot. Please bring your own sheets with you
The inside shower room is equipped with a deep shower with real glass wall. Next to a large mirror there is a shelf and a wall shelf for storing various utensils. A hairdryer is also available.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which may of course be used by our guests.
An iron and ironing board are also in the flat
A parking space in front of the house belongs to the flat and is of course at your disposal.
Smoking and animals are not allowed in the flat.

The Friesenhörn settlement is centrally located, only a few minutes' walk from the village centre of Horumersiel, where you can visit the many cosy restaurants and cafés. Here you can also buy souvenirs in small shops or buy things for your daily needs in the village market
At the end of Horumersiel there is a supermarket where you can do the bulk shopping for your holiday
The "Bimmelbahn" Frieda runs several times a day. You can explore the surroundings of Horumersiel on this train and learn a lot of interesting facts about the area on the way.
Passing the Kolk, you quickly reach the dyke, cross it and are directly on the way to the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. You can go for a nice walk there, wade in the mudflats or rent a beach chair on the grassy beach and enjoy your holiday.
Towards the beach in Horumersiel is the Seesternchen children's playhouse. There, the little ones can play and romp, do handicrafts and be creative, and from time to time there are even small events for the little ones. Mum and dad can have a coffee or something similar for a small fee while the children let off steam
From the holiday flat you can quickly reach the sandy beach in Schillig (approx. 1.5 km walk)
Here is a large playground, kite surfing is offered here, but also the large kite meadow invites you to marvel again and again when the colourful and large kites rise into the air.

Cancellation terms:
The lease agreement can be terminated by a registered letter. The day of receipt is the actual date of termination. In the event of a cancellation, the landlord will claim compensation as follows: Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the lease: 10% of the rental price, at least 50 euros Cancellation from 44 to 33 days before the start of the lease: 30% of the rental price, at least 50 euros Cancellation from 32 to 22 days before the start of the lease: 60% of the rental price, at least 50 euros
additional information:
As we receive more and more requests for short stays in the high season, here is some information. In the high season, we actually only rent for 7 nights or more. Shorter stays are only possible in booking gaps or directly after or directly before an existing booking. Unfortunately, there are gaps in our booking schedule that we cannot close.

Top apartment, it doesn't get better than this... everything is equipped.
Friendly service.
A bit too far to walk to the beach.

Simply wonderful
We chose this vacation apartment for our short trip to Horumersiel ... and were absolutely thrilled. Both the contact with the landlords and the apartment itself were really great. The apartment itself is very tastefully and lovingly furnished. There is actually nothing that could be missed. From the kitchen to the bathroom ... everything is wonderful :-)
Next time, we wouldn't even bother looking for another accommodation if this one was available at the right time.

Great apartment, right next to mother-child spa.
Very beautifully furnished and superbly equipped apartment. I was able to work in the apartment in my home office while my family was in a mother-child spa 100 meters away.
All the little things like spices, dishwasher tabs, games for children & adults, smart TV, and blankets for the balcony are available. The internet is sufficient for Home Office zoom calls, etc.
By bike, you can reach the sandy beach in Schillig in 10 minutes.

Very good ??
We were there for the first time and are totally thrilled.
Beautiful, well-equipped flat that left nothing to be desired.
Ten minutes walk to the beach or to the idyllic village of Horumersiel.
The landlords are always very helpful and helpful in word and deed.
We will definitely be back next year ❤️
