This beautiful accommodation is ideal for everyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Surrounded by lush forests, Villa Oliva offers its guests complete privacy and relaxation. At the same time, it is a perfect starting point for numerous hiking and cycling trails, including the famous Camino Krk, which is very popular among nature lovers and active vacationers. Villa Oliva was built in 1926 in the elegant Mediterranean style and was recently renovated with great care to combine authentic charm with modern comfort. The property includes a spacious garden of 1,000 m², where olive trees and figs grow, creating a Mediterranean atmosphere. In the garden, there is also a private outdoor pool measuring 30 m², equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a gas grill with a large dining table, ideal for family meals or outdoor dining.
The apartment on the first floor of the building is 95 m² in size and suitable for up to eight people. It includes three bedrooms (one main and two additional), all with double beds and ceiling fans for a pleasant coolness on hot summer days. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment has two bathrooms with showers as well as three separate toilets. The living area is air-conditioned, providing extra comfort.

Super quiet, yet centrally located, very friendly landlords ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Equipment: everything is there that you need ?? just a bit of cleaning/paint on the outside and it would be visually perfect (but no deduction for that!)
Location/Area: super quiet, lots of greenery ? and still centrally located for excursions (Biserjuka) or beach visits.

Family vacation
This beautiful holiday home was perfect for our needs; we traveled from different parts of Germany and were able to spend a relaxed time together again with the adult siblings, plus relatives. We really liked the layout of the rooms and the connected terraces, which we find suitable even for friendly couples. The kitchen is also fully equipped; we enjoy cooking and wanted to do that occasionally while on holiday. We had everything we needed there. With summer temperatures, we spent a lot of time by and in the pool, comfortable loungers, shady and sunny areas. Our dog was always with us and could move freely in the garden. You can take walks right next to the property. In the morning, when it wasn't too warm yet, we also walked to the sea; the hiking trail is almost continuously wooded. The walk took about an hour. Upon arriving down, after extensive baths, we decided to have a car pick us up. Then we could also leave our dog alone for a few hours with a clear conscience. Sometimes there are activities that only make sense without a dog. By car, most nice places and beaches were reachable in 20 to 30 minutes of driving. Once we drove all the way to Baska, which was a bit further. However, it was not worth it in our eyes, as there are more beautiful and quieter places on the island. The landlords or caretakers of the property, who also live next door, were very, very friendly and always approachable, thank you for that. Not intrusive in any way. One feels welcome. We definitely recommend the house.

We found our accommodation immediately and were warmly welcomed. If we had any questions, they were always ready and willing to help. Our accommodation was as described, the photos show the truth. Everything was available and clean, nothing was missing. Our swimming pool was the highlight for our children. (Our landlord cleaned diligently every day) We really liked the layout of the house. From the kitchen, you immediately had access to the terrace. (That was my favorite spot, quiet and airy) The whole house is highly recommended. We were very happy and well rested. I must not forget the fig tree, we were allowed to eat our fill. My son still talks about it today. And the wine we received as a welcome gift was very tasty, thanks again for everything!

Dreamlike
A beautiful, clean holiday flat with lots of space. We can recommend the flat 100%. The landlords are very friendly and always try their best. The outdoor pool and terraces were fantastic. Everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful holiday here.
