The apartment (granny annexe with separate entrance) has a spacious living/bedroom with a large fenced garden and a cosy terrace with garden furniture, a swinging lounger and awning. A large staircase leads directly to the house entrance. The flat has an upholstered double bed and a couch that can be pulled out for a 3rd person. A cosy sitting area is also part of the equipment. Telephone and SAT-TV and radio .W-Lan free of charge In the sitting area foot The flat has a large bathroom with underfloor heating with 2 washbasins, bathtub with shower and a bidet. In the fitted kitchen there is a small table with 2 chairs, a refrigerator, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven. A dishwasher makes it easy for you to do the dishes. A kettle and microwave are also available. In the hallway there is a cupboard with books and games for you. A small sauna for 2 people is located in a room next to the kitchen.

The apartment is in a quiet location on a small hill in Bad Griesbach between the town centre and the spa. The thermal bath is about 1.5 km away. A shopping centre is only 3 minutes away. Doctors, physiotherapists are also close by. Passau is about 30 km away. Upper Austria can be reached in about 25 minutes, also Linz about 100 km, is worth an excursion .Cheap and good inns are reachable in a few minutes. Many marked hiking trails well suited for Nordic walking. 9 golf courses invite you to play. A large outdoor swimming pool with water slide about 10 minutes away.

From 11-16.4.2022 and from 3.10.-15-10.2022 guided hiking weeks t We rent out 2 bicycles free of charge and 3 e-bikes for a fee. We are also happy to register you with the spa doctor and pick you up at the train station in Karpfham if required. A homemade jam, a small bottle of wine and a fruit basket will make your stay more pleasant.

We are an older couple from Munich with a small mongrel dog. After retirement we moved to the quiet Bad Griesbach . We feel very comfortable here and have converted our granny flat into a cosy flat with garden and terrace. We make every effort to make our guests feel at home.
