The Holiday flat

The apartment " Au Premier " has two bedrooms, a living/dining room and an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and a washing machine. The apartment has a view of the sky and the trees through skylights. A television and a stereo complete the equipment.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x200), in the large bedroom a sofa bed (140x200) and a fold-out bed (2x80x200). In the living room there is a sofa next to the dining table. The apartment therefore offers space for two to a maximum of 6 people.

Location and surroundings of object

La Maison Libellule is an old renovated farmhouse of Bresse, situated on a 7'000 m2 plot, with a beautiful garden, a vegetable garden and a natural pond suitable for swimming. There are recreational facilities such as a table tennis table, a boules game, deck chairs for lazing around and bicycles for walks in the area. A barbecue and fireplace are available for barbecuing, and a wood-burning oven is ideal for pizza evenings
La Maison Libellule is located in La Chapelle-Thècle, in the heart of Burgundy Bresse, near ponds and navigable rivers such as La Seille or La Saône. In the village there is a bakery, a bar with a small grocery store and a butcher's shop. The next supermarket is 10 minutes away by car and can also be reached by bike. Burgundy and its vineyards are half an hour's drive away. Tournus and its thousand-year-old abbey church can be reached in 20 minutes, Cluny in 40 minutes.
