New holiday home Villa Astra with heated pool in Makarska. Very modern and bright furnished, it has five double bedrooms, six bathrooms. Nice open plan living room with dining area and kitchen with access to the pool terrace with sea views.
A fitness room, table tennis table and underground parking for 4 cars are also available.
The cottage is located in a quiet part of Makarska, in the Pozare district, a hillside location, away from the noise of the city and yet close enough if you want to go to the beach or enjoy the nightlife in Makarska.
The holiday home is well equipped, spacious, functional and ideal for a nice family holiday.
With a breathtaking view of the sea, the cottage has five double bedrooms (180x200), each with its own bathroom with shower and offers sufficient comfort for 10 people. On the ground floor there is a modern living room with access to the pool ( x ,heated) with terrace and sea view, an open, fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with double bed (180x200) and the bathroom with shower. On the first floor are the other four bedrooms, all with double bed (180x200), each with TV/SAT and private bathroom with shower. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned, have SAT/TV and are fully covered with free WiFi internet. Outside pool heated with outdoor shower and sun beds, terrace with sea view invites you to relax. A barbecue area is also available.

We are thrilled.
The villa is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and has everything you could possibly need. The view from the villa over Makarska is stunning and it is in a lovely, quiet area but close enough to the town and harbour for a day at the beach or going out. Our hosts were also excellent and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They even surprised us with a lovely fresh platter of homemade ham and cheese which were delicious. We had a wonderful holiday and can definitely recommend Villa Astra.

From start to finish this holiday was one of the BEST we've ever had! The hospitality from the hosts was outstanding. Great communication and the most thoughtful small touches. The villa is exactly as you see in the pictures - beautifully clean, extremely relaxing, just perfect! The views are amazing, the town has great restaurants, and there's plenty of water sports etc. We will 100% be coming back to stay!! Thank you so much!

Beautiful vacation!
The house is beautiful and newly furnished. It was very clean and the decor left nothing to be desired. The view from the terraces was unique. The pool was pleasantly warm and clean. The house is large enough for two families. The location is pleasant and quiet.
