Where previously dried in the barn of tobacco and the supplies were stored on hay and straw, the holiday residence La üche, dining and living room form an about 50m2 unit. On 2 levels are 3 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. La Grange has 6 people comfortably; the apartment has a sheltered, south-facing loggia and a 60 m2 large south-east terrace with extensive views of the Romanesque church and castle Silhouette of Lusignac. The apartment has been awarded by the French Ministry of Tourism with the highest grade for private houses, with 4 stars.
La Grange is located on a plot with garden, lawn and fruit trees with its own entrance and parking and has with the villa "Font Losse" a 14-meter swimming pool with diving board, pool house and sauna.

Almost at the front door you can rent horses, meadows and forests on foot and by bike, streams and rivers with a canoe or kayak, go fishing in the nearby lakes or secretive Dronne and visit the golf courses and tennis courts in the neighboring towns. The long sandy beaches of the Atlantic are 100 km away. The artists' village Lusignac with medieval castle and Romanesque church located in the undulating Périgord vert Lusignac is a listed building and is considered by art historians to be the most beautiful village in Périgord. Away from the tourist offer picturesque scenery and world-famous cuisine variety and relaxing holiday.

Beautiful house in secluded tranquility.

The house is located in a very beautiful and quiet location just a few hundred meters from the small village of Lusignac, where there is a small simple bistro. The facilities are as described. However, we would only recommend the house to very close friends or families, as there aren't really two bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are two adjoining bedrooms (no closed closet or drawers, etc.). Next to a small hallway is the relatively small bathroom with a bathtub to reach. In the lower floor (basement area) there is another bedroom and a "bathroom" with a shower (a hose and a shower head), if you shower here, the whole room gets flooded. There is a tiny, cloudy mirror present. Despite these limitations, we felt extremely comfortable in this very tastefully furnished country house and were able to enjoy our vacation.
