The holiday flat is located on the upper floor of the former caretaker's house of the Neuhof estate. Access is via a separate wooden staircase. In front of the flat we have created a terrace and approx. 200 sqm of garden with playground equipment invite our little visitors to play. Your car is parked directly in front of the flat, and bicycles you bring with you can be parked in a separate area on the other side of the road. The holiday flat is approx. 95 sqm large. It has 1 bedroom with 2 beds. In the living area you will find 2 sofa sets, which are visibly separated from each other. The fireplace provides cosy warmth on uncomfortable days. The living area is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a complete kitchenette (cooker + ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer). Toaster, sufficient crockery, kettle and coffee machine are of course also included. The sitting area is a cosy place to start the day. The bathroom has a WC, shower and sauna. Our holiday flat is ideal for families with children or for couples who are looking for peace and quiet or who want to be active in nature. We rent the flat to a maximum of 4 people.

Location and surroundings of object

Warnitz is a small community with about 700 inhabitants, situated directly on the Oberuckersee lake.
Ober- and Unteruckersee are the two largest lakes in the Uckermark, each with over 600 ha of water surface. The tourist information office of the Uckerseen Tourism Association is located in Warnitz. The tourist information team will provide you with the latest information on events, cultural highlights, tour tips etc. Here you can rent bicycles/e-bikes or buy fishing permits. A small regional shop awaits your visit. You are cordially invited to look over the shoulder of ceramist Tina Bach from "Quarzsprung". A doctor and a shop complete the offer in Warnitz.

Our holiday flat is located in the small village of Neuhof above Warnitz. Neuhof is a former outlying estate and currently consists of 12 houses. There are no shopping or refreshment facilities directly in Neuhof, but in Warnitz and the surrounding area. The glacial landscape on the edge of the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve guarantees almost untouched nature that invites you to relax or get active. Directly in front of your doorstep you will find fields and meadows, the forest area "Blankenburger Forst" is ideal for hiking or walking. In about 2 km, a sandy beach at the Quast invites you to swim in the Oberuckersee. You can discover the beauty of the landscape by bike, the long-distance cycle path Berlin-Usedom leads through Warnitz. We look forward to your visit and say
