The 60 m² apartment has a private entrance and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It boasts a splendid lake view, a private garden or balcony, a garage and/or parking space, and is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a kitchenette, a dishwasher, a wall safe, and satellite TV. They share a 35 m², 1.40 m deep swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September) surrounded by a lawn with sun loungers available to guests.
The property is located 100 meters from the lake and just 2 minutes from the town center, where you will find all amenities: bus stop, ferry boat stop, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, newsagent, and repair shop.
The apartments are rented preferably from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
