Description
The detached holiday home, renovated in 2018, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.

Cserszegtomaj. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Child seat. Television reception via satellite. Channels in German and English.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Ground floor: Living room with tiled stove and dining area (6 seats). American-style kitchen with electric cooker (2 hobs), refrigerator (150 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Attic: Bedroom with 2 children's beds and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is well equipped. Air conditioning and the large garden with lots of shady trees make the summer heat bearable, meals can be taken on the terrace with a great view of the lake. The landlady is very nice, speaks very good German and provided us with good tips and culinary delights. We would love to come back.
