7 hectares). In this unspoilt natural setting, littered with rare botanical plants from numerous collections from all over the world, they have renovated 2 very tasteful holiday flats, furnished with fine furniture and using ecological materials.
From here you can explore the whole west side of the Côtes d'Armor.

In a protected environment at the end of a long wooded avenue with centuries-old chestnut trees and a remarkable landscape, the 17th century manor house of Kerveziou awaits you for a quiet and relaxing stay. The Kerveziou manor house, on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostela, was a first step for pilgrims from the diocese of Tréguier who followed the Jaudy before arriving in the bustling city of Guingamp.
In the outbuildings of the manor house you will find two cottages completely renovated with ecological materials for a stay with your partner, family or friends, between land and sea you can discover an authentic Brittany.
On a closed property of seven hectares you can walk unhindered through beech and chestnut forests. Be surprised by the majestic spring and autumn colours of Japanese maple trees, collections of camellias, magnolias, rhododendrons and hundreds of other botanical varieties. Discover the oak grove and its 30 different oak species from all over the world. Enjoy the peace and quiet and meditate at the edge of the Kervéziou stream, where up to the 19th century fabrics, veils and ropes were made from hemp and linen. You can sunbathe in the heart of the palm grove of the estate. Who knows, maybe you'll meet a rabbit or a deer on your way
We are about 22 minutes away from the most beautiful sandy beaches.
Here you are in the middle of Trégor with its night festivals, festivals, concerts, etc., you will find numerous markets in the area with quality products direct from the producer (many organic farmers), seafood, often on direct sale.

Included in the rental price: all utilities, bed linen, towels, dish towels, cleaning products, dish soap (also for the dishwasher), laundry detergent for the washing machine. Clothes drying rack for indoor use and large clothes drying rack outdoors with clothespins.
During the heating period, heating costs are calculated according to individual consumption (8kw/ per day included), large wheelbarrow with firewood for the fireplace: 15 E

Corona information
Should the regulations unexpectedly change and entry into France is no longer possible, we will OF COURSE refund all deposits and remaining payments 100%. We are here in the midst of nature and, despite the central location, far from mass tourism; the beaches are not crowded even in summer and there is enough space to keep your distance.
Our 2 holiday apartments can be booked independently of each other.
Brittany is also beautiful in autumn and spring, the sea temperature is optimal in September and the beaches invite you to swim, relax, and take walks. Nearby and on the property:
Bicycle and hiking trails, including one directly on our grounds, many hiking trails in the area with opportunities for biking.
Hiking trail 3 km (nearby): easy level, forest walk along a stream, ideal for a family outing, with 2 children's playgrounds. Armoriparc 10 minutes: Children's leisure park with indoor and outdoor pool (heated)
Pontrieux in 10 minutes: small town with character, known for its washhouses and its steam train that takes you to Paimpol, boat trips, kayaking on the sea and on the rivers. Ploumanac'h was chosen as the favorite village of the French in 2015. We are happy to share our insider tips with you: our region is famous for the variety of its beaches, its cultural events, its botanical gardens, its churches and chapels, and its gourmet cuisine (several Michelin-starred chefs).
Even in the off-season, there are many events, including the Lanvellec Festival in October, with numerous classical music concerts in the surrounding churches and in the cathedral of Tréguier. We are happy to make you an offer if you would like to stay longer than 1 week. (applies to low season)

Three beautiful weeks
A very old farmhouse in wild nature, maintained and newly cultivated by the owners. In late autumn, the gastronomy is greatly reduced in the tourist centers. It is therefore convenient to live in an apartment where cooking is easy in a very well-equipped kitchenette. A diverse nature and mild climate for the season have made our stay as beautiful as the somewhat subtropical flora, which we did not expect (banana plants, cacti, palms, citrus fruits, wonderful apples, and sweet chestnuts). Jus de Pomme trez bien. A small piece of paradise. Thank you Monika and James!

Vacation like in Beautiful Living
We spent two dreamy weeks in the Manoir Kérvizou with our 12-year-old son and our older Labrador. The apartment with gallery is perfectly equipped and very tastefully furnished. We felt at home right away, so we quickly got into vacation mode with the 7-hectare estate as well. The absolute peace and the beautifully designed botanical garden in the middle of the forest is truly unique. The landlords Monika and James were very friendly and provided us with their tips, giving us a wonderful vacation. We will definitely come back again :-)

A beautiful oasis of tranquility in Brittany
In search of a quiet accommodation in Brittany, where we could also bring our dog, we came across the holiday apartment of Monika and James. And our expectations were not disappointed. The apartment has everything you need. There is enough space to spend a relaxed time with 2 or 4 people (we were just two). You can go for walks on foot, otherwise a car is essential to explore the area and the rest of Brittany. In about 10-15 minutes, you can find shopping options in all directions, as well as many good and affordable bakeries (My tip here is the "Boulangerie Moël" in Bégard).
Monika also gave us many good tips that we couldn't implement all due to lack of time. Another reason to come back again.
We really enjoyed our time and were able to relax very well.

"Savoir-vivre" in Brittany
The holiday apartment is located in the middle of a lovingly maintained garden area, but there are also wonderfully wild areas. The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. The beds are comfortable, the nights are quiet, and we slept wonderfully. Furthermore, our hostess provided us with many individual tips and information material about the region. We would have loved to stay longer.

pure relaxation
We, 2 adults, 1 child and a small dog were able to spend 2 wonderful weeks in the large vacation apartment. The drive through the avenue to the property alone is already dreamlike. You think you're entering a completely different world. Very idyllic, surrounded by forests, meadows, and beautiful gardens. Definitely take a walk in the woods. Everything is so enchanting and you discover beautiful nature everywhere.
The location was perfect for us. Far away from the stressful everyday life. We were able to relax wonderfully.
The apartment was top-equipped, everything your heart desires. And our daughter had a "kingdom" for herself on the upper floor.
The welcome from Mrs. Dörr was so warm. Fresh flowers from the garden on the table and a very delicious cider:).
We travel a lot, but we have never had such lovable and great landlords before. Unfortunately, we could only give 5 stars...
From detailed information about activities, culture, and the country, to cooking classes and assistance with mosquito bites on my daughter and care for my knee after a fall, I can only say, simply incredible.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful time. And we will definitely come back. :)?

We are a German-French couple and have been living in Brittany for over 30 years. Already during our first visit we fell in love with this magical place. Lonely but not isolated, easily accessible, the Kerveziou Manoir has been surrounded by nature for almost 400 years, surrounded by woods and meadows, not far (about 18 km) from one of the most beautiful and untouched coasts in France. For many years we have gathered here plant species from all over the world and the relatively mild climate allows many to feel at home here. Our two holiday flats, one for up to 4 and one for up to 6 persons, are renovated with mostly ecological building materials. Our aim was to combine the historical with the modern. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have, share some insider tips with you and help you discover our beautiful region.
