The “cottage in the olive grove” is a nice and brand new building located in the wonderful Cilento National Park, locality “Valle” in Pisciotta (Salerno, Italy), at very few km from the is Sea Blue Flag, that is a national recognition awarded, also this year, from FEE to the beautiful beaches of “Pietracciaio” and “Acquabianca”. These are simply reachable by car, in only 5 minutes, thanks to a way connecting directly the cottage to the by secular olive trees and immersed in the characteristic Mediterranean maquis, the cottage is the ideal place where to spend relaxing holidays, into the nature and the good furnished and complete of all the comforts, the cottage waits you for un unforgettable holiday. Inside:
Two-room apartment for max 4 people, made up of one master bedroom, living room with sofa bed and attached open-plan kitchen, one bathroom with :Wide panoramic terrace (sea and Capo Palinuro view) surrounded by secular olive trees that ensure pleasant open shade areas and by smelling plants, colourful flower beds and flowering bushes. Green area available for guests, with fruit trees and lot.
Pisciotta è un antico borgo medievale situato su una collina che declina dolcemente sul mare. Le origini del nome derivano da Pixoctum da cui si ebbero poi Pixocta, Pissocta e quindi Pisciotta Circondato da secolari uliveti, il paese gode di un panorama mozzafiato sul tratto più bello della Costiera Cilentana. Dalla piazza principale, attraverso caratteristici vicoli e scalinate è possibile raggiungere, nella parte più alta del paese, il “Castello” da cui godere della bellissima vista sul mare e quindi proseguire lungo il percorso (tutto pedonale) verso la Chiesa Madre. Antichi portoni e suggestivi vicoli vi accompagneranno silenziosi verso il “Pendino”, una delle zone più antiche del paese da cui poter iniziare la passeggiata verso Marina di Pisciotta. Si consiglia, infatti, il percorso turistico da Pisciotta Paese alla Marina, lungo una stradina circondata da ulivi e dalla macchia mediterranea. In pochi minuti sarete sul porto di Marina di di Pisciotta è un caratteristico borgo di pescatori dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Un porto attrezzato, piccoli e caratteristici bar ed una delle spiagge più belle del riconoscimento quale Mare Bandiera Blu 2008 attesta che le spiagge di Pisciotta sono tra le più pulite e belle d' Marina di Pisciotta e le spiagge si raggiungono comodamente in auto dalla “Villetta nell'uliveto” in poco più di 5 il comune di Pisciotta le frazioni di Caprioli (confinante con Palinuro) con la sua straordinaria costa sabbiosa e Rodio che la leggende vuole originata da un insediamento di Cavalieri di Rodi, un piccolo borgo arroccato tra le colline molto suggestivo e da raggiungere anche a piedi dalla “Villetta nell'uliveto” per una passeggiata panoramica e piacevolissima.
