Description
Villa Berenice is a simple, traditional but pretty well-equipped house on an excellent location between Juršići and Vodnjan. Villa is 15,8 km away from Pula Airport. First market and restaurant are 2 km away, and nearest beach in Peroj is 12km from the property. Rovinj is km from Villa Maiya, and Poreč is km from the property.
The surface of the house is 144m2, which stretches equally on the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a comfortable double and triple sofa, large LCD TV with satellite channels, portable WiFi modem, fireplace, air conditioning and doors leading directly to the terrace.
The dining room is connected to a living room and a fully equipped kitchen which contains:
- dishwasher
- hob and oven
- fridge and freezer
- coffee maker
- microwave
- water kettle
- dishes & utensils
Next to it is a table with 8 seats that can easily accommodate large groups of up to people.
On the ground floor, you also have a bathroom with a washing machine, a toilet, and a large walk-in shower.
Inside the house you have 4 bedrooms available, two of which are equipped with double beds, while two remaining bedrooms have single beds. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has direct access to the terrace and courtyard, while the 3 bedrooms are on the first floor.
On the first floor there is a spacious balcony shared by two bedrooms, and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bidet, and toilet. One large air-conditioner is located in the first-floor hallway to equally cool all rooms.
Within the facility there is a spacious terrace with an outdoor table and 10 chairs, while next to it you have a masonry barbecue. Dominant position in the yard is taken by a spacious 32m2 swimming pool and 6 comfortable sun loungers.
The yard is completely fenced and has one parking space, while other vehicles can be parked in front of the house fence.
Guests can enjoy the central joint park where they can walk along the canoe and the beautiful wooden bridge, with a gazebo in the middle of the park shared with other guests of the resort. Take your children to the center of the park where they can have a great time on children's lodge with 2 slides, swing and trampoline.

There is a tennis court that our guests can use, shared with other guests at the villa resort (16 villas have that privilege), and also a half-basketball court where you can shoot some hoops. Here you have a couple of great options for an active vacation.
