Villa Cedar is a beautifully restored stone house in the quiet village of Gostinjac on the island of Krk. It is surrounded by a spacious 1200 m2 plot that offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. It features a 36 m2 pool with a large sun terrace where guests can relax on six lounge chairs. At the pool, there are also sun umbrellas that provide pleasant shade on hot summer days. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove, fire pit, sink, and refrigerator, where you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. Next to it is a summer pavilion with a toilet, making the outdoor experience even more comfortable.
Inside the villa, the rooms are spread over two levels - ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, there is a spacious communal area where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are located. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessary appliances, such as an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. In the living room, you can watch TV (satellite TV) on a comfortable sofa, and the dining room provides a table for six people, ideal for shared meals. The ground floor also has a guest toilet with a washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned and guests have free Wi-Fi access.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are equipped with double beds (180x200 cm) and two of them have a TV. Two of the bedrooms have doors that lead to a balcony, where there is a lovely table with two chairs - ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a view of the surroundings. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and towels. The entire floor is air-conditioned, which ensures comfort even on hot days.
Special attention has been given to the outdoor area of the villa, as you will spend most of your vacation outdoors. The terrace in front of the kitchen offers a shaded shelter with a table for six people and a magnificent view of the pool. The large lawn surrounding the house is fully fenced and safe for children who can romp around on the meadow and playground. Four parking spaces are located next to the house, so you can easily park your vehicles.

Near the villa, there are numerous cycling and hiking trails offering opportunities for active leisure. Larger cities such as Malinska, Vrbnik, and Krk are just 15 km away, where you can explore cultural attractions and local amenities. The nearest restaurants and bars are located 5 km away in Šilo, where you can also find shops and other services.

ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION
We were 6 people (dog) in the Villa Cedar. The accommodation is in a very quiet location. A shopping opportunity is reachable by car in 3 minutes. The building and the outdoor area are extremely well-maintained and very beautifully landscaped. Meanwhile, all the plants have grown and provide even more privacy. The pool is very large and has steps for access. The property is fenced and has an electric rolling gate at the parking lot. The outdoor kitchen with separate toilet and gas stove, grill, fridge/freezer combination, sink, etc. and seating options is perfect. The kitchen on the ground floor of the house is extremely well equipped. Everything the hobby cook needs is available. The three rooms on the upper floor are very tastefully furnished (of course, the rest of the house too!). The bathrooms with toilet and shower are very clean and well maintained! There is also a TV with satellite reception (yes... also German channels) which we didn't need. WLAN is available and stable. The covered seating area next to the pool is equipped with good chairs and additional seating options.
The owners are very friendly and lovely.
In summary: We have been coming to Istria and Krk for several years… this is so far our nicest and cleanest house! ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION!!!

Very nice house, everything you need for a holiday. Enough space for six people with private bathrooms for each room.
The landlords are very helpful and quickly on site for any problems.
We enjoyed the time very much and can only recommend a holiday in the house.

Pure relaxation with dog
We were looking for a house in a quiet location and found it. Perfect for a young family with dog. The way to the beach / bay is not far and was also ideal for dogs. If you choose this location, you know in advance that you will have to drive further to go shopping. But that is not a problem either. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. This accommodation can be recommended 100%

Great house and nice landlords
A really great house and very nice landlords who were always helpful and accommodating to our wishes. It takes about 10-20 minutes to reach the beach, depending on which part of the island you are heading to - a car is definitely a must.
