If you long for peace and relaxation, want to relax and love the fresh Adriatic air, you should spend your holidays in our new and sunny studio apartment Lavanda with pool. This 45 m2 holiday home is situated in an idyllic, quiet place near the Lim Fjord, only kilometres away from the beautiful, hidden bays of this natural area
The modern and very comfortable holiday flat radiates peace and comfort and consists of a comfortable and bright living/sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe and flat screen satellite TV, as well as a beautiful sitting area with panoramic view of the green surroundings and the sea, a separate and modern kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining area for two persons, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need for your holiday, a bathroom with shower and washing machine
In front of this sweet holiday corner there is also an outdoor sitting area with garden furniture and parasol, where you can enjoy the morning breakfast in peace and quiet or let the day end with a delicious barbecue leisurely. Behind the house you have free access to the community pool (used by guests from only 2 apartments) with deck chairs.
There is also a washing machine, WLAN internet and private parking available. Pets are also welcome!

If the guest cancels a reservation, "Istra Expert" will retain the following percentages of the total reservation price:
• 30% if cancellation occurs up to 30 days prior to arrival;
• 100% if cancellation occurs between 30 to 0 days prior to arrival;
• No-show – 100%
If the cancellation is made earlier than 30 days before the arrival, "Istra Expert" will also keep an additional 10% as a processing fee.

Vacation as one imagines it.
After a long time, vacation again. And it was great at Wanda.
We were warmly welcomed and greeted in good German. The holiday apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. The kitchen and bathroom had everything one could need.
The pool was so clean that even the swallows drank from it, and the terrace was cozy and equipped with a sunshade. Wanda explained everything to us in detail, including how the parking permit works, which is of course a great service with the parking fees.
We felt very comfortable, almost like at home, and would book there again at any time.
Anyone who loves peace and quiet is exactly right here.

A wonderful vacation!!!
We felt very, very comfortable in this beautiful holiday apartment from the first day! Great surroundings, very friendly landlords (greetings to Vanda!), great outdoor area with pool. Everything just fit!

Great holiday accommodation
-very well and modern furnished house, well kept and clean
-direct house access to the pleasant, quiet area with green space, and forest for relaxing,
-relatively large pool, which can only be used by the holiday guests in the house
-very nice helpful landlady, who is always, and only if necessary, available - otherwise she lives invisibly in the outbuilding
-it is only a few minutes to the harbour, town and village centre
-the small village is very beautiful
In any case, we will gladly come back in the near future!
