If you long for peace and quiet, want to relax and love the fresh Adriatic air, you should take a holiday in our new, spacious and sunny holiday home Casa Lavanda. This 100 m2 holiday home extends over two floors and is situated in an idyllic place near the Lim Fjord, only kilometres away from the beautiful, hidden bays of this nature reserve

The modern and very comfortable holiday apartment with pool exudes peace and comfort and consists of two comfortable and bright bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room with comfortable corner set and flat screen satellite TV, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You step out of the living room and kitchen and find yourself on your comfortable veranda with garden furniture and sunshades, as well as the garden with sunbeds. Here you can enjoy the morning breakfast in your rattan garden furniture in all peace or let the day end with a delicious grill leisurely.

You also have at your disposal a pool used by only 2 apartments (Casa Lavanda and a small studio apartment), a washing machine, dishwasher, WLAN Internet and private parking

If the guest cancels a reservation, "Istra Expert" will retain the following percentages of the total reservation price:

• 100% if cancellation occurs between 30 to 0 days prior to arrival;
• No-show – 100% If the cancellation is made earlier than 30 days before the arrival, "Istra Expert" will also keep an additional 10% as a processing fee.
