The self-contained holiday flat consists of two rooms, hallway with wardrobe plus kitchen and bathroom, as well as a large balcony overlooking the beautiful, lovingly designed garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an inviting dining area that invites you to cook and eat yourself. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe and storage facilities as well as a desk and two chairs. In the living room there is a cosy sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people. There you will find a flat screen TV (42"), a Blue-Ray player and a hi-fi stereo system. Internet via WLAN is also available. The bathroom has a ground-level shower, a bathtub, WC and a washbasin. Sufficient storage space is available.
There is a private parking space for the car and bicycles can be stored in the lockable garage.

Location and surroundings of object
Our accommodation is located in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Coesfeld Lette. Shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity and can also be reached on foot.
Museums and farm cafés, connected by many designated cycle routes (Schlösserroute) characterise the tranquil villages of the Münsterland. Coesfeld is an attractive shopping town with a modern cinema, a new concert hall, a combined swimming pool and original Münsterland gastronomy. The railway connection in Lette enables trips to Münster, Enschede (NL) or the Ruhr area.
The area is characterised by beautiful small villages with nice places to stop for refreshments
Particularly attractive is the Merfelder Bruch with its approx. 450 wild horses, which can be visited at weekends.
When the weather is nice, a trip to the Haltern reservoir with its bathing opportunities and the adjacent heathland is also recommended.
All destinations are easy to reach by bike.
